I would like to know if anyone knows a website where I could download
seasons 1 and 2 of Merlin for free (mpeg4 and not a torrent) ... really, I don’t know
what a torrent is or how to open it :P and that’s why I’m asking for both complete seasons
in free mpeg4 format please

You only need to download via torrent, then just convert the file to mp4:

torrent is not a video format but rather torrent links (download for limewire or emule)
the files are mostly compressed and therefore need to be uncompressed with 7zip or another
