Unknown connection status

Hello,
after returning from "Asus" for a screen problem that has been resolved, my computer came back with a second administrator account that the technicians must have opened! However,
when I turn on my PC which is running Vista, it says in my taskbar "unknown connection status and dependency services or groups failed to start! I cannot go on the internet and my wireless is not working! It is off whether it's set to off or on! Thank you for your help!! If you can lol

    Hello,

    Go to Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Services and check that the "Wireless Auto Configuration service" is set to start automatically. If not, do it.
    Once the wireless auto configuration service is active, we need to enable network management by Windows. To do this, we'll go to the Control Panel then Network and Sharing Center. In most cases, Windows will recognize your access point (Wireless networks are available), in which case click on Connect to a network
    Select your access point, click on Connect, then enter the WEP/WPA key in the designated field. Then confirm ....
