Outlook how to enable the display (grayed out)?

Hello,
In my Outlook, almost all my display options are grayed out and I can't activate them.
For example, I was able to create my contact categories, but when I want to assign a category to each contact, the function is grayed out in the View menu ribbon.
If you know how to fix this... thanks!

Here it is, I found it, it's really simple:
When my contacts are displayed in "business card" mode, these functions do not work and are therefore grayed out.
I just have to display my contacts in list mode and voilà, I have my category functions (and other previously inaccessible functions) that work....
But it's silly, you'll agree!
