Hello, how can you find out how many red points you have on SFR? 
Configuration: Windows XP Firefox 3.5.7

    do you have a blocked account or a plan where you can go out of plan?
    If you have an unblocked plan, then call 963 and listen to the lady (free call from an SFR mobile)

    I have a blocked plan with SFR and I've had it for 3 months!!

    I can't go over my plan, that would be silly with a blocked plan.

    It may be that with a capped plan there are no points.

    Normally, the number of points is indicated on the invoices, but you might not receive any invoices with a blocked package.
    Otherwise, you can create an account on sfr.fr. I have one, and I can see the number of available points.
    Otherwise, you must have an SFR menu on your phone like 'SFR and Me' with which you can call the different SFR services.

    Well, I receive my bill on the 10th of every month, but I deleted it like an idiot!!
