Where to enter the PUK code

Hello,
I am an SFR customer and I have blocked my SIM card by entering 3 incorrect codes.
To unlock my card, I was told that I need to call 1026 to obtain my PUK code and finally be able to unlock my SIM card.
After obtaining it (the PUK code), I didn't know where to enter the PUK code to unlock my SIM card.

The PUK code blocks the card and more specifically the mobile phone as a priority.
What is displayed during startup???

At startup, I don't see anything special except for my wallpaper and the time.
I think I didn't specify that the blocking of my SIM card only prevents me from recharging it with a coupon (because I entered 3 incorrect codes while trying to recharge with a coupon).
