Problème d'affichage Window 7

Bonjour,
J'ai un problème d'affichage, quand je vais dans outil internet, je n'ai pas la page complète à l'écran.
Il me manque la dernière ligne OK ANNULER APPLIQUER. Quoi faire?? J'ai un dell Inspiron 10"
