how to put music on kidizoom pro?

Hello,
I just bought the V-Tech Kidizoom Pro along with an SD card, but I can't seem to upload music. Do you know how to do it? Could it be a format issue?
The user manual isn't very clear on this topic, and I also don't have any default music recorded; the folder is empty.

Configuration: Windows XP Internet Explorer 7.0

Hello everyone
I've had the same problem and I fixed it:
1- you need an SD card of less than 16GB
2- you need to format it as FAT (be careful not to use FAT32)
3- insert the SD card into the Kidizoom
4- go into the device settings and set the default memory to the SD card (the Kidizoom will create folders on it)
5- put the SD card back in the computer - there should be 4 folders on your SD card (download, music, photo, video)
6- absolutely do not delete them - just put the audio files in the "music" folder (note that the Kidizoom Pro only plays MP3 files so remember to convert!!)
7- put the SD card back in the Kidizoom - go to music and it works

as for me, I bought it from La Redoute but living in Polynesia, I don't really want to ship it back to exchange, I'm already happy to have it (it costs 3 times more here!!!)
But I think it's a file format issue because with a friend's computer, I managed to put music on it, it was even very easy to do. But not knowing much about tech language, I can't provide a concrete answer.

Hello

I finally managed to put music on the Kidizoom and it was actually very simple.
It was a file issue; mine were saved in the wrong format while the Kidizoom only supports the MP3 format.
Try checking the formats of your music files too, and then it becomes child's play.

my daughters also got the Kidizoom for Christmas, and I can't seem to put music on it

I had the same problem with my son's Kidizoom.

Actually, I had a 4GB SD card, and apparently the device does not support more than 2GB.

So with a 2GB SD card, you just need to copy the MP3 files into a "MUSIC" directory, and insert the card into the device, and it works!
