Tokaï cathode ray TV problem

Hello,
so I have a problem with my Tokaï 82 cm TV which won't turn on; the standby indicator (standby = red and on = green) is flashing quickly and sometimes it seems weakened, otherwise there is no noise, and this problem happened all of a sudden—there were no issues before, it was working fine. In fact, I would like to try to fix it myself if anyone can help me, thank you.

power failure or power supply in safety mode due to another fault
if you're not a good electronics technician, forget it and head to a repair service or buy a new one

I checked that no fuses are blown, and how do I remove the safety feature if it has been activated?

Your response confirms that you have no idea at all! (1-you can't remove the security, and 2-if you manage to remove it ---> everything burns)
So just forget it and see a customer service.

I didn't say electric, I said electronic!!
Because fixing a TV isn't necessarily easy, even for an expert.
