I believe "begla" means nothing
however, "degla" means date in Tunisian
or maybe "bekhla" which means I'm lazy to do something -

I'm laughing so hard! When we say "ya3tik begla" it means "may God give you a huge sunburn on your head, but a really violent one." LMAO it's an insult that's not too mean but still pretty close to vulgarity. There you go!
