I do:
To change your secret code, dial 123 then *, 3, and 2. Then enter your new secret code followed by #.

and nothing ...

or:
To activate/deactivate your voicemail's secret code, call 123 from your mobile, press *, then press 3 twice and follow the prompts.

after a call to 900, I have to enter the last four digits of my phone ... and still nothing!
