Bonjour,
j'ai fais une analyse et bitdefener me dit :
2 menaces affectent vore ordianteur 5 objet necessitent votre attention
et je ne peux pas les supprimer ou mettre en quarantaine
PS : le virus s'appelle

j'ai bien compris que tu ne maitrisais pas bien :-)

Es-tu en administrateur sur ton pc ? Si tu n'arrives pas a supprimer ce virus tu devrais essayer de redémarrer ton pc en mode sans echec et de le supprimer manuellement. Pour ma part, lorsque je détecte un virus, je formate mon disque dur et je réinstalle le systeme (solution un peu radicale mais qui fonctionne)...

alors, je vais t'expliquer de façon simple, tous les tools que je te fais télécharger son destinés à supprimer les virus que tu as sur ton pc !!!
les rapports me montrent que les tools ont bien fonctionnés et que ça me permets de vérifier la progression des choses :-)
