Demande d'aide pour pc très ralenti

Bonjour,

j'ai un ordinateur portable Dell vostro 1710 sous vista, depuis 1 an exactement. Processeur : intel celeron cpu 550 @ 2GHz et mémoire vive 1Go. J'ai avast comme antivirus et ZoneAlarm comme pare feu. Je nettoie régulierement l'ordi avec ccleaner, regclean, etc
Mais depuis quelques temps je trouve que mon ordinateur est considerablement ralenti : les menus mettent du temps à safficher, les dossiers à s'ouvrir, les fichiers à se lancer (musique, video, photos etc)
Et sur internet aussi tout est lent. D'ailleurs je ne peux pas regarder une video youtube avant qu'elle soit chargée completement, sinon le son comme l'image sont saccadés.
Bref, mon ordinateur est lent, plus lent qu'un vieux 250Mo de Ram sous XP, et ca me fait enrager.
Je suspecte un virus, ou un trojan ou quelque chose comme ca. Malheureusement toutes mes recherches n'ont rien donné : malwabytes anti malware, spybot search and destroy, etc..

Quelqu'un pourrait il m'aider? Je ne sais plus trop quoi faire.

voici un rapport hijackthis. hijackthis m'a dit que l'acces aux 'host files' etait refusé sur mon pc et que si une infection se trouvait dedans il ne pourrait pas le detecter.
