Activate Eagle Vision and press the round button, and by rotating the pages, you will find a world map, but you don't need it right away, just for the last mission, and they will be indicated to you. Otherwise, when you are near a building, there should be 3 or 4 guards; kill them and enter the building.

I found the 4 codex pages. The first 3 are in the village and the last one is outside behind a house (there are fields nearby).  I hope I helped you, enjoy the game!!
