Bonjour,
parfois mon l'ecran de mon PC devient pas net avec des trait de partout qui remplissent l'ecran, ça me le fas au demmarage aussi de temps en temps, les traits sont rouges
le pc est lent
s'agit -il d'un virus? comment se debarasser de ce phenomene? j'ai Kaspersky antivirus 2010

    Bonjour,

    Peut tu faire une capture d'écran, l'héberger et passer le lien pour une idée un peu plus clair ?

    Pour y procéder :

    ● Sur ton clavier, Touche Impr Ecr (en haut à droite) pour faire la capture écran.
    ● Ouvre Pain : Menu Démarrer / programmes / Accessoires / Paint
    ● Dans Paint, Menu Édition / coller pour coller l'image.
    ● Tu enregistres le fichier : Menu Fichier / enregistrer-sous sur ton bureau par exemple.

    Tu vas sur un de ces sites :

    Cijoint

    ou

    Cjoint

    Tu envoies l'image que tu as enregistré et tu notes l'adresse WEB de l'image.
    Dans un nouveau message, tu copies/colles l'adresse WEB

      J'ai un dossier dans D: intitulé "ad44f36c0d11f0f7bef2c4490679" qui me parait pas tres net impossible à supprimer
      et contient deux sous dossiers:"amd64" et "i386"

    par ailleurs j'ai tjrs des pages pub qui s'ouvrent de tt et n'importe pas, kaspersky devrait pas les bloquer normaement?
    tu c des pages du genre (priceminister/ booking.com et plein d'autrs?????????)

    Fait ceci pour voir,

    Télécharge Random's System Information Tool (RSIT) de random/random et enregistre l'exécutable sur ton Bureau.

    ! Déconnecte toi et FERME TOUTES TES APPLICATIONS EN COURS !

    Double-clique sur " RSIT.exe " pour le lancer .

    ▶ Une première fenêtre s'ouvre avec en titre : " Disclaimer of warranty " .

    ▶ Devant l'option "List files/folders created ..." , tu choisis : 2 months

    ▶ clique ensuite sur " Continue " pour lancer l'analyse ...

    ▶ laisse faire le scan et ne touche pas au PC ...

    Lorsque l'analyse sera terminée, deux fichiers texte s'ouvriront (probablement avec le bloc-note).

    Poste le contenu de " log.txt " (c'est celui qui apparait à l'écran), ainsi que de " info.txt " (que tu verras dans la barre des tâches), pour analyse et attends la suite ...

    Important : poste un rapport, puis l'autre dans la réponse suivante
    Si tu essaies de poster les deux en même temps, cela risque d'être trop long pour le forum

    ▶ Télécharge Ad-remover ( de C_XX ) sur ton bureau :

    ▶ Déconnecte toi et ferme toutes applications en cours !

    ▶ Double clique sur "Ad-R.exe" pour lancer l'installation et laisse les paramètres d'installation par défaut .

    ▶ Double-clique sur le raccourci Ad-remover qui est sur ton bureau pour lancer l'outil .

    ▶ Au menu principal choisis l'option "L" et tape sur [entrée] .

    ▶ Laisse travailler l'outil et ne touche à rien ...

    ▶ Poste le rapport qui apparait à la fin , sur le forum ...

    ( Le rapport est sauvegardé aussi sous C:\Ad-report.log )
    ( CTRL+A Pour tout sélectionner , CTRL+C pour copier et CTRL+V pour coller )

    ▶ Note : "Process.exe", une composante de l'outil, est détecté par certains antivirus (AntiVir, Dr.Web, Kaspersky Anti-Virus) comme étant un RiskTool.
    Il ne s'agit pas d'un virus, mais d'un utilitaire destiné à mettre fin à des processus.
    Mis entre de mauvaises mains, cet utilitaire pourrait arrêter des logiciels de sécurité (Antivirus, Firewall...) d'où l'alerte émise par ces antivirus.

    Imprime ces instructions car il faudra fermer toutes les fenêtres et applications lors de l'installation et de l'analyse.

    ▶ Télécharge :

    Malwarebytes

    ou :

    Malwarebytes

    ▶ Installe le ( choisis bien "francais" ; ne modifie pas les paramètres d'installe ) et mets le à jour .

    (NB : Si tu as un message d'erreur t'indiquant qu'il te manque "COMCTL32.OCX" lors de l'installe, alors télécharge le ici : COMCTL32.OCX

    ▶ Potasses le Tuto pour te familiariser avec le prg :

    ( cela dit, il est très simple d'utilisation ).

    relance malwarebytes en suivant scrupuleusement ces consignes :

    ! Déconnecte toi et ferme toutes applications en cours !

    ▶ Lance Malwarebyte's .

    Fais un examen dit "Complet" .

    ▶ Laisse le programme travailler ( et ne rien faire d'autre avec le PC durant le scan ).
    ▶ à la fin tu cliques sur "résultat" .
    ▶ Vérifie que tous les objets infectés soient validés, puis clique sur " suppression " .

    ▶ Note : si il faut redémarrer ton PC pour finir le nettoyage, fais le !

    ▶ Poste le rapport sauvegardé après la suppression des objets infectés (dans l'onglet "rapport/log"de Malwarebytes, le dernier en date)

    Vide la qurantaine de Malwarebyte's :

    > Lance Malwarebyte's
    > Onglet quarantaine
    > Supprimer tout

    ▶ Télécharge et install UsbFix par Chiquitine29

    (!) Branche tes sources de données externes à ton PC, (clé USB, disque dur externe, etc...) susceptible d'avoir été infectées sans les ouvrir

    ▶ Double clic sur le raccourci UsbFix présent sur ton bureau .

    ▶ Au menu principal choisis l'option " F " pour français et tape sur [entrée] .

    ▶ Au second menu Choisis l'option " 1 " (recherche) et tape sur [entrée]

    ▶ Laisse travailler l'outil.

    ▶ Ensuite post le rapport UsbFix.txt qui apparaitra.

    Note : Le rapport UsbFix.txt est sauvegardé a la racine du disque. ( C:\UsbFix.txt )

    ( CTRL+A Pour tout selectionner , CTRL+C pour copier et CTRL+V pour coller )

    Desactive ton antivirus le temps de la manip ainsi que ton parefeu si présent

    ▶ Télécharge List&Kill'em et enregistre le sur ton bureau

    ▶ dezippe-le , (clic droit/ extraire.....)

    Il ne necessite pas d'installation

    ▶double clic (clic droit "executer en tant qu'administrateur" pour Vista) pour lancer le scan

    choisis la langue puis choisis l'option 1 = Mode Recherche

    ▶laisse travailler l'outil

    ▶Poste le contenu du rapport qui s'ouvre

    1- Cliques sur le setup pour lancer l'installe : laisses toi guider et ne modifies pas les paramètres d'installation .
    A la fin de l'installe , le prg ce lance automatiquement : fermes le en cliquant sur la croix rouge .
    Au final, tu dois avoir un raccourci sur ton bureau et aussi un cheminement comme :
    "C:\ program files\Trend Micro\HijackThis\HijackThis.exe " .

    Regardes ici, c'est parfaitement expliqué en images ,

    2- !! Déconnectes toi et fermes toute tes applications en cours !!

    Cliques sur le raccourci du bureau pour lancer le prg :

    S'il ne se lance pas clique ici

    fais un scan HijackThis en cliquant sur : "Do a system scan and save a logfile"

    --->copies-colles le rapport généré pour analyse

    Tu peux supprimer ceci :

    --> Ce sont des Toolbars sa ne sert pas à grand chose.

    ---> Télécharge ToolsCleaner2 sur ton Bureau.

    * Double-clique sur ToolsCleaner2.exe pour le lancer.
    * Clique sur Recherche et laisse le scan agir.
    * Clique sur Suppression pour finaliser.
    * Tu peux, si tu le souhaites, te servir des Options Facultatives.
    * Clique sur Quitter pour obtenir le rapport.
    * Poste le rapport (TCleaner.txt) qui se trouve à la racine de ton disque dur (C:\).

    Introduction :

    ► Tout d'abord CCleaner sert à faire un peut de ménage sur ton ordinateur :

    ● Il permet de nettoyer votre système :

    = > Suppression de fichier temporaires
    = > Cookie, historique, etc

    ● Il permet de réparer des erreurs dans le registre :

    = > DLL partagées inexistantes
    = > Programme obsolètes, etc

    Installe CCleaner

    = = = > CCleaner < = = =

    /!\ Décocher les options suivantes pendant l'installation :

    1/     Contrôler automatiquement les mises à jour de CCleaner
    2/ Ajouter la barre d'outils Yahoo! CCleaner

    Avant manipulation configure le :

    Option --> Propriétés --> Coche la case " effacement Sécurisé du fichier (lent) "
    Juste en bas choisit le mode Gutmann ( 35 passages )

    ● Onglet Windows détermine les éléments de Windows qui seront supprimés par le nettoyeur en les cochant

    ● Clique sur Analyse

    ● Une fois l'analyse aboutie clique sur lancer le nettoyage


    ● Onglet Applications ( les éléments appartenant à des applications Firefox, Flash etc..).

    ● Clique sur Analyse

    ● Une fois l'analyse aboutie clique sur lancer le nettoyage

    Recherche des erreurs
    *****************

    ● Clique sur l'onglet Registre
    ● Ensuite sur chercher des erreurs
    ● Réparer les erreurs sélectionnées
    ● CCleaner te proposera d'enregistrer un fichier .reg qui est une sauvegarde ( Pas la peine )
