Wii installer wad file !!!

Hello,
I have installed Wad Manager on my Wii 4.2U where I have already installed a game, Galaga90.wad, but when I try to install any other game, it says you cannot access this channel, why? Thank you for your help.
Configuration: Windows 3.1 Firefox 0.0.1

    Hi,

    There is a difference between .wad files and games. .wad files are "installation" files for the Wii. Some are for installing channels, others for installing (C)IOS (a sort of drivers for the Wii).

    Games, on the other hand, are not installed. You can only back up your originals on DVD-R or place them on a USB stick or an external hard drive and read them through a channel that serves to read what is on the USB media.

    However, I don't think you'll find much information on this forum to explain the procedure. The best thing you can do is to type "hack wii" in Google, you'll find what you're looking for... ;)

    Ok thanks, I'm installing a wad file with wad manager, it's an app for the virtual console (NES, etc...). The channel appears, but when I click on it, it says you cannot access this channel in white on a black screen???

        Hello

        IOS 249 = protection of the big N, so it needs to be removed and replaced. Type on G...e "Cr...k..r your wii on 4_2E" and you'll have all the answers.

    I have a 4.2 E Wii, I use "wad manager" or "channel file manager," and when I open the channel, it doesn’t work and it takes me back to the system menu.
