SIXAXIS driver issue on PC

Hello everyone,
I am determined to connect my PS3 sixaxis controller to my computer, but when I try to install the driver "libUsb-win32-filter-bin-0.1.10.1", an error message pops up right after double-clicking: An old version of LibUsb-win32 is already installed on the system. Please uninstall this version first!
What should I do? I've searched for that damned file without any results, but I can't find it...
Can someone please help me?

    that just means your drivers are already installed, go to your hardware control panel and adjust your controller
