Bonjour,
il est lent et des fenetres s'ouvre seule et quand elle ouvre msn il lui annonce des érreur que dois je faire merci de me veunir en aide

Salut,

Bon déjà geekrémi tu crois que avast va faire quelque chose ? lol. C'est pas parce que l'anti virus ne trouve rien que l'ordi n'est pas infecter. Shauna600 je te conseil de créer un nouveau post avec dedans la copie d'un log hijackthis pour que quelqu'un de compétent puisse te venir en aide. Clique ici pour télécharger hijackthis

Installe hijackthis une fois que tu as fais ça tu fais clic droit sur l'application et " exécuter en tant qu'administrateur" ensuite "Do a system scan and save a logfile" tu laisses le logiciel travailler une fois qu'il à fini ton bloc-note va s'ouvrir avec le rapport tu copie le rapport, tu ouvres un nouveau topic avec comme titre "log hijackthis help" à l'intérieur tu expliques ton problème et tu colles le rapport. Ensuite tu attends que quelqu'un t'aide.

Voila maintenant tu prends ce rapport et tu crée un nouveau topic avec comme titre "log hijackthis help". Quelqu'un devrait vite venir t'aider.

Bravo de vouloir lui venir en aide.
En premier va sur Internet et télécharge Avast édition familiale gratuitement, ne prend pas la version pro, elle est payante.
Après, lance Avast et demande lui qu'il repère les virus. Si il en repère, il demande que faire avec les virus, tu lui dit de les supprimer.
C'est simple mais éficace

tu peut faire avec ce lui la aussi très puisant sans installation
Dr.Web CureIt! il va faire un premiers scan tous seul
aprés tu fais un can complet
et aussi Malwarebytes qui et tres bien
