Problème Carte graphique Gtx275

Bonjour,je viens d'acheter une carte graphique Asus ENGTX 275. Mais quand je rallume le PC après l'installation de la carte l'écran reste vierge.
Dans le manuel, les différents problèmes possible sont: Incompatibilité Carte mère, Alimentation insuffisante, Carte graphique mal installée, Moniteur mal connecté.
Mon alimentation est toute neuve!(650W)
Mon moniteur marche très bien avec mon ancienne carte graphique: 7600GT.
Il ne me reste plus que la carte mère. Mais j'aimerais être sur!
Ma config: AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual Core 3800+
Mémoire 3Go
Carte mère: MSI MS-7270 (K9NU Neo)
Carte graphique: actuellement 7600GT
Windows XP
