Bonjour,
je viens de m'inscrire et je suis un peu novice en informatique.depuis plusieurs années j'ai une protection anti virus chez kaspersky.ça fait environ un mois que j'ai des fenêtres intempestives qui s'ouvrent quand je vais sur le net (pub,adresse de sites pas forcément pornographique) et mon pc se bloque et dans l'obligation de rebouter.j'ai contacté kaspersky 4 fois pour signler mon problème,ils m'ont fait faire une analyse et de la poster par mail.il m'ont dit de supprimer des fichiers types favorites et je ne sais quoi et de remplacer internet 6 par le 8 etc etc .. et à ce jour c'est toujours pareil.je suis en connection wifi avec la livebox et sur celle ci mes deux enfants sont aussi connectés mais eux sont avec bit defender et ils n'ont aucun souci de ce genre.j'ai deduit que kaspersky avait des fuites et j"ai installé bit defender au bébut cela fonctionnait plus de pub plud de sites intempestif, mais depuis hier le pc se bloque et le net s'ouvre avc une page blanche sur tout les sites. j'espère auprès de vous trouver le virus ou le problème qui se cache dans ma machine

salut

▶ Télécharge Random's System Information Tool (RSIT).

▶ Un tutoriel sera à ta disposition pour l'installer et l'utiliser correctement.

▶ Double clique sur RSIT.exe pour lancer l'outil.

▶ Clique sur 'Continue' à l'écran Disclaimer.

▶ Si l'outil Hijackthis (version à jour) n'est pas présent ou non détecté sur l'ordinateur, RSIT le téléchargera et tu devras accepter la licence.

▶ Une fois le scan fini , 2 rapports vont apparaitre. Poste le contenu des 2 rapports.

( C:\RSIT\log.txt et C:\RSIT\info.txt )

CTRL A pour sélectionner tout, CTRL C pour copier et puis CTRL V pour coller

▶ Lance l'installation du programme en exécutant le fichier téléchargé.

▶ Sous XP : Double-clique sur le raccourci de Toolbar-S&D.

▶ Sous Vista : Fais un clic droit sur ToolbarSD et sélectionne "Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur".

▶ Sélectionne la langue souhaitée en tapant la lettre de ton choix puis en validant avec la touche Entrée.

▶ Choisis maintenant l'option 1 (Recherche). Patiente jusqu'à la fin de la recherche.

▶ Poste le rapport généré. (C:\TB.txt)

telecharge spybot

lance le est clique sur rechercher les mise a jour

ensuite clique sur verifier tout

une faios la recherche finit supprime les élément qu'il a trouver

voila tout est fait maintenant que faut il faire et par la suite garder bit defender ou kaspersky garder resident de spybot en bas a droite de mon pc et sutout que faire pour que le problème ne se reproduise pas

bon pour commencer repost un rsit

▶ Télécharge Random's System Information Tool (RSIT).

▶ Un tutoriel sera à ta disposition pour l'installer et l'utiliser correctement.

▶ Double clique sur RSIT.exe pour lancer l'outil.

▶ Clique sur 'Continue' à l'écran Disclaimer.

▶ Si l'outil Hijackthis (version à jour) n'est pas présent ou non détecté sur l'ordinateur, RSIT le téléchargera et tu devras accepter la licence.

▶ Une fois le scan fini , 2 rapports vont apparaitre. Poste le contenu des 2 rapports.

( C:\RSIT\log.txt et C:\RSIT\info.txt )

CTRL A pour sélectionner tout, CTRL C pour copier et puis CTRL V pour coller

Pour supprimer toutes les traces des logiciels qui ont servi à traiter les infections spécifiques :

* Télécharge Toolscleaner sur ton Bureau
* Double-clique sur ToolsCleaner2.exe et laisse le travailler
* Clique sur Recherche et laisse le scan se terminer.
* Clique sur Suppression pour finaliser.
* Tu peux, si tu le souhaites, te servir des Options facultatives.
* Clique sur Quitter, pour que le rapport puisse se créer.
* Le rapport (TCleaner.txt) se trouve à la racine de votre disque dur (C:\)...colle le dans ta prochaine réponse

il faut que tu mette a jour internet explorer même si vous ne l’utilisé jamais. Les MAJ systéme se font par le biais de IE. Par conséquent on évite les failles de sécurité.
• Télécharger IE8 : https://support.microsoft.com/fr-fr/allproducts

• Si Java n'est pas à jour, c'est une faille de sécurité.
Il faut d'abord désinstaller l'ancienne version : Ouvre le menu démarrer --> panneau de configuration --> ajout/suppression de programmes --> sélectionne toutes les versions de java présentes et désinstalle les.
Ensuite, télécharge et installe la nouvelle version depuis le site officiel de java : https://java.com/fr/

• Si Adobe Reader n’est pas à jour, c’est une faille de sécurité. Désinstalle le en allant dans menu démarrer --> panneau de configuration --> ajout/suppression de programmes. Puis télécharge et installe la nouvelle version. https://acrobat.adobe.com/fr/fr/acrobat/pdf-reader.html

• Tu dois aussi mettre à jour tous tes autres programmes pour combler des failles de sécurité... Vérifie les mises disponibles à l'aide de ce petit programme (choisis la version sans installation) : Update Checker http://www.commentcamarche.net/...
Installe le avec les paramètres par défaut en cliquant chaques fois sur Suivant.

Une fois installé, patiente quelques secondes et tu verras apparaître une icône verte dans ta barre des tâches te signalant qu'il y a des mises à jour disponibles.

Double-cliques sur l'icône pour être redirrigé sur le site de téléchargement des mises à jour.

* Un conseil : n'installe pas les BETA

Supprimer les anciens points de restauration:

▶ Clique droit sur "Poste de travail".
▶ Clique sur "Propriétés".
▶ Clique sur l'onglet "Restauration du système".
▶ Coche la case "Désactiver la restauration...", puis "Appliquer" et valide par "OK".
▶ Redémarre le pc.

▶ Clique droit sur "Poste de travail".
▶ Clique sur "Propriétés".
▶ Clique sur l'onglet "Restauration du système".
▶ Redécoche la case "Désactiver la restauration...", puis "Appliquer" et valide par "OK".

Les points sont supprimés.

Création d'un nouveau point:

▶ Clique sur "démarrer", "tous les programmes", "Accessoires" puis "Outils système".
▶ Clique sur "Restauration du système".
▶ Dans la nouvelle fenêtre, coche la case "Créer un point de restauration".
▶ Clique sur "Suivant".
▶ Entre un nom pour le point de restauration : ce nom doit être assez évocateur (comme: "Après désinfection...")
▶ Clique sur "Créer" et le point de restauration se créé automatiquement.

voilà tout est fait à présent et pour le moment tout fonctionne je ne sais pas comment te remercier tout en sachant que les merci on en a les pleine poche mais bon merci quand même.
faut il que je garde bit defender ou bien kaspersky car j'ai les deux abonnements pour un an.
que faut il faire pour ne plus être infecté

la décision t'appartient. personnellement je n'est ni kaspersky bit defender mais avira qui est gratuit est très pratique.
Je pense que les deux antivirus se valent même si si j'avais le chois je prendrais Kaspersky mais bon tu fait comme tu veut.

-pas télécharger de cracks
-pas cliquer sur les pubs
-ne pas télécharger n'importe quoi
-ne pas aller sur les site porno
.........

je ne sais pas si mon message est passe car j"aicoché résolu en même temps mais ton lien sur les virus est super et à présent je vais surfer differement sur le net j'espère ne plus avoir besoin d'aide tout au moin pour un problème d'infection
