Hello, I also just received a call on my mobile from the number +33000000000. This isn't the first time, in fact, it's becoming harassment!! So I got fed up and answered, and the result was an automated message saying, "Please hold, you will be connected to your correspondent."
Then I hear people talking when the call is answered and then it cuts off... grrrrr. What annoys me is that I don't have time for this!! I just checked my credit and I haven't been charged for answering (thankfully!!). I believe I'm not the only one who finds this frustrating... so if anyone has an explanation, I would appreciate it.
Good evening everyone.

Good evening everyone.
These are nonumbers used by government services, including ministerial offices or senior officials, as well as by the RG, DGSE, etc. Nearly 13,000 people, if not more...

The system is complex and presents some flaws... there are several scenarios...
You are near an office, a bureau, an agent, etc...
Also know that intelligence services have advanced technological tools that can be estimated to be about fifteen years ahead of consumer market technologies for certain technologies that will become public... or forever for secret matters and those that are exclusively of interest to espionage and intrinsic to communication infrastructure capabilities, for example...
An inherent and little-known example that I am about to reveal to you: The possibility for an agent, at a distance, using an instant code of 4 digits or letters issued on a server along with any phone number requiring monitoring (even instantaneously and without procedure, a common and widely practiced method in the field)... to activate the microphone of any market phone without it appearing to the user (provided that the mobile phone is still powered by the battery), of the phone's owner... This is the remote mobile audio listening activation... the AESDM... Naturally known to operators and manufacturers... but hidden from the general public...

Hi, I wouldn’t call that kind of weird number back,
chances are you’ll end up paying for something that smells like a scam...

So, I don't want to say anything stupid, but I also have this problem, I recently canceled Numericable, and they were calling me with a +33805305035
I later found out that this is the Numericable cancellation service, but I had exactly the same issue... voicemail, then it hangs up...
You don't have to pay, even if you call them, the number is free (this needs to be confirmed, I haven't done it, but I read that online)
I think the +33000000000 is simply the same service that bothers everyone so much! Or it could be FranceTelecom, in the same way as Numericable.
In any case, answering won't kill you, normally, but it won't be useful because they are crooks on the other end of the line, and they don't care about you!
In any case, I need to call them (Numericable), so I'll let you know if I get an answer! (but not sure if they'll give it to me)

I would just say you might end up paying for the communication, even if it's not you making the call... that's all.

n°+33000000000 not assigned, as for Numericable... they don't answer! And they say it's the number 1 operator at the moment?! Well!

I'm fed up with this harassment... it's been going on for over 15 days, almost every day!!! I've tried calling from a landline and a private number... I hope it stops, otherwise I don't know what we can do?!
In general, I don’t answer suspicious numbers, but I've been getting spammed for 3 days by +33222166117 (Yves Rocher's premium rate number according to my research ://) and a similar one +33222166000 (unassigned number!), so I was thinking there might be a coincidence ??
Moreover, the day before I started receiving these calls, I put my number on Faceb00k but with restricted access for a few friends only. Maybe there's a connection too... Is privacy no longer so private ??
And one last thing, after I hung up, I turned off my phone and when I turned it back on just now, it indicated at the top "the message could not be sent" (my smartphone doesn’t have network as soon as it’s turned on) but I couldn’t read more, the notification disappeared. So if I hadn't turned it off, would a message have been sent?? Anyway, I really think we shouldn't answer :s
If anyone has any information...
