PC lent et comportement bizzare

Bonjour,

Mon PC portable est depuis peu très lent et il a des comportement bizzare.

Premierement, lorsque je demande à ouvrir un programme, il prend une eternité à le faire, le ventilo se met à tourner comme un malade ( bruit).
De plus, certaines applications ne répondent plus , bref, je pensais qu'un nettoyage s'imposait

Pour le moment, j'ai passé Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware 1.41

De plus, j'ai fait des logs RSIT, comment poster les logs pour une meilleure visibilité?
