libertysurf email account opening issue

Question

Hello,
since the beginning of the week I can no longer connect to my libertysurf.fr email (even through Alice!!!) even though I've been using it for years!
now I get "username or password entered incorrectly" or "authorization not required"
can anyone help me? thanks

Configuration: Windows XP Firefox 3.5.5

same problem with my libertysurf box that I've been using for many years
it seems that free, which bought alice, is doing data transfers.
but nothing on the free website either, I haven't found any solutions.

same here. no more login on webmail.aliceadsl.fr. They are phasing out the old mailboxes, right?
