pages intempestives,pc qui rame, infection

Bonjour a tous,

Je viens aujourd'hui pour vous demander de l'aide.
En effet mon ordi rame depuis quelques jours + publicités intempestives lors de navigation.

De plus, avast (ed. familiale) a détecté une infection. (Win32.junkPoly)
Voila je suis a votre disposition pour les scans à effectuer.

bonjour, postes un RSIT , merci

• Télécharge Random's System Information Tool (RSIT) de Random/Random, et enregistre le sur ton Bureau.
• Double clique sur RSIT.exe pour lancer l'outil.
* laisses le chois 1 month 
• Clique sur "Continue" à l'écran Disclaimer.
• Si l'outil HijackThis n'est pas présent ou non détecté sur l'ordinateur, RSIT le téléchargera (autorise l'accès dans ton pare-feu s'il te le demande) et tu devras accepter la licence.
• Une fois le scan terminé, deux rapports vont apparaître : poste les dans deux messages séparés stp

si le rapport ne passe pas sur le forum à cause de sa longeur envoie-le sur : http://www.cijoint.fr/ ,

 fais parcourir , sélecctionnes le rapport log.txt en double cliquand dessus


puis envoie le fichier.

bonjour, il va y avoir du travail car beaucoup de chose pas bonne sur le pc, tu fais ce qui suit dans un premier temps 3

1) tu passeras AS-Remover

• Télécharge Ad-remover ( de C_XX ) sur ton bureau :

! Déconnecte toi et ferme toutes applications en cours ! 

• Double clique sur "Ad-R.exe" pour lancer l'installation et laisse les paramètres d'installation par défaut . 

• Double-clique sur le raccourci Ad-remover qui est sur ton bureau pour lancer l'outil .
 
• Au menu principal choisis l'option "L" et tape sur [entrée] .

• Laisse travailler l'outil et ne touche à rien ... 

--> Poste le rapport qui apparait à la fin , sur le forum ...

( Le rapport est sauvegardé sous C:\Ad-report-clean.log ) 

( CTRL+A Pour tout sélectionner , CTRL+C pour copier et CTRL+V pour coller ) 

Note : "Process.exe", une composante de l'outil, est détecté par certains antivirus (AntiVir, Dr.Web, Kaspersky Anti-Virus) comme étant un RiskTool. 
Il ne s'agit pas d'un virus, mais d'un utilitaire destiné à mettre fin à des processus. 
Mis entre de mauvaises mains, cet utilitaire pourrait arrêter des logiciels de sécurité (Antivirus, Firewall...) d'où l'alerte émise par ces antivirus. 



2) passes malwarebytes

Télécharge Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware: https://www.malekal.com/tutoriel-malwarebyte-anti-malware/

. sur la page cliques sur Télécharger Malwarebyte's Anti-Malware
. enregistres le sur le bureau
. Double cliques sur le fichier téléchargé pour lancer le processus d'installation.
. si le pare-feu demande l'autorisation  de se connecter pour malwarebytes, acceptes
. rend-toi dans l'onglet, Recherche
. Sélectionnes  Exécuter un examen complet
. Cliques sur Rechercher
. Le scan démarre.
. A la fin de l'analyse, un message s'affiche : L'examen s'est terminé normalement. Cliquez sur 'Afficher les résultats' pour afficher tous les objets trouvés.
. Cliques sur Ok pour poursuivre.
. Si des malwares ont été détectés, cliques sur Afficher les résultats
. Sélectionnes tout (ou laisses cochés) et cliques sur Supprimer la sélection Malwarebytes va détruire les fichiers et clés de registre et en mettre une copie dans la quarantaine.
. Malwarebytes va ouvrir le bloc-notes et y copier le rapport d'analyse.
. redemarre le pc si il le fait pas lui même
. une fois redémarré  double-cliques sur malwarebytes
. rends toi dans l'onglet rapport/log
. tu cliques dessus pour l'afficher une fois affiché
. tu cliques sur edition en haut du boc notes,et puis sur sélectionner tous
. tu recliques sur edition et puis sur copier et tu reviens sur le forum et dans ta réponse
. tu cliques droit dans le cadre de la reponse et coller

Telecharge malwarebytes. Fais la mise à jour, lances le et tu verras toutes la Me--- !! Tu peux aussi le lancer en mode sans echec. Facile à faire et surement pas mal de nettoyage déjà résolu avec cela.

bon tu fais ce qui suit avec OTM , mais tu le fais en mode sans echec comme expliqué, tu redémareras le pc normalement il devrait redémarrer automatiquement, tu posteras le rapport , tu passeras ccleaner et tu me diras comment va le pc en me postant un nouveau RSIT , Merci

tu copies ce qui est en gras dans un document bloc notes 
pour cela tu fais un clique droit sur ton bureau
sur nouveau tu choisis document texte un bloc notes " nouveau document texte" viens d'être créer sur le bureau

tu fermes le document texte en acceptant les modifications

tu redémarres en mode sans echec en suivant la procédure " attention pas de connection donc si tu as un doute sur la procédure pour OTM tu la copies ou tu la mets dans un document texte sur ton bureau pour la suivre 


pour redémarrer en mode sans échec : /!\ Ne jamais démarrer en mode sans échec via MSCONFIG /!\ 
 
(attention : pas de connexion possible en mode sans échec , donc copies ou imprimes bien la manipe pour éviter les erreurs ...)

.Cliques sur Démarrer
.Cliques sur Arrêter
.Sélectionnes Redémarrer et au redémarrage
.Appuis sur la touche F8 ou F5 celon les marques de pc sans discontinuer "1 appuis seconde" dès qu'un écran de texte apparaît puis disparaît
.Utilises les touches de direction pour sélectionner mode sans échec
.puis appuis sur ENTRÉE
.Il faudra choisir ta session habituelle, pas le compte "Administrateur" ou une autre
une fois démarré ne t'inquiette pas si les couleurs et les icônes ne sont pas comme d'abitude

Double-clique sur OTM.exe pour le lancer.Si tu utilises Vista, fais un clic droit sur le fichier puis choisir Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur

Vérifie que la case devant "Unregister Dll's and Ocx's est bien cochée.

Copie la liste qui se trouve dans le bloc notes sur ton bureau

et colle-la dans le cadre de gauche de OTMoveIt : "Paste instructions for item to be moved".



Clique sur "MoveIt!" pour lancer la suppression.

Le résultat apparaitra dans le cadre "Results".

Clique sur "Exit" pour fermer.

Il te sera peut-être demander de redémarrer le pc pour achever la suppression. Si c'est le cas accepte par Yes.

si il ne redémarre pas de lui même fais le 

et Postes le rapport situé dans C:\_OTM\MovedFiles sous le nom xxxxxx_xxxxxxxxxx.log .




2) une fois redémarrer passes ccleaner avec les réglages données

.double-cliques sur le fichier pour lancer l'installation
.sur la fenêtre de l'installation langage bien choisir français et OK
.cliques sur suivant
.lis la licence et j'accepte
.cliques sur suivant
.la tu ne gardes de coché que mettre un raccourci sur le bureau et puis contrôler automatiquement les mises à jour de Ccleaner
.cliques sur intaller
.cliques sur fermer
.double-cliques sur l'icône de Ccleaner pour l'ouvrir
.une fois ouvert tu cliques sur option et puis avancé
.tu décoches effacer uniquement les fichiers, du dossier temp de windows plus vieux que 48 heures
.cliques sur nettoyeur
.cliques sur windows et dans la colonne avancé
.cochesla première case vieilles données du perfetch que celle-la 
.cliques sur analyse une fois l'analyse terminé
.cliques sur lancer le nettoyage et sur la demande de confirmation OK il vas falloir que tu le refasses une autre fois une fois fini vériffis en appuiant de nouveau sur analyse pour être sur qu'il n'y est plus rien
.cliques maintenant sur registre et puis sur rechercher les erreurs
.laisses tout cochées et cliques sur réparrer les erreurs sélectionnées
.il te demande de sauvegarder OUI
.tu lui donnes un nom pour pouvoir la retrouver et enregistre
.cliques sur corriger toutes les erreurs sélectionnées et sur la demande de confirmation OK
.il supprime et fermer tu vériffis en relancant  rechercher les erreurs
.tu retournes dans option et tu recoches la case effacer uniquement les fichiers, du dossier temp de windows plus vieux que 48 heures et sur nettoyeur, windows sous avancé  tu décoches la première case vieilles données du perfetch
.tu peux fermer Ccleaner

bon la je reprendrais  demain car la dodo boulot dan 8h , pour arrêter ce que tu veux pas au démarrage automatique aides toi de ccleaner tu l'ouvres et sur outils, démarrage la tu cliques sur ce que tu veux blocquer et tu fais déactiver PAS effacer comme cela si pour une raison x ou y tu veux la réactiver pas de problème 

tu peux faire usbfix tu postes le rapport, et puis tu posteras un hijackthis , merci à demain

1) pour usbfix

• Télécharges et installes : https://www.ionos.fr/?affiliate_id=77097 de C_XX & Chiquitine29

• Double clic sur le raccourci UsbFix présent sur ton bureau .

• choisis l'option 2 ( Suppression )

• Ton bureau disparaitra et le pc redémarrera .

• Au redémarrage , UsbFix scannera ton pc , laisse travailler l'outil.

• Ensuite post le rapport UsbFix.txt qui apparaitra avec le bureau .

• Note : Le rapport UsbFix.txt est sauvegardé a la racine du disque.( C:\UsbFix.txt )

( CTRL+A Pour tout selectionner , CTRL+C pour copier et CTRL+V pour coller ) 

. UsbFix te proposera d'uploader un dossier compressé à cette adresse : https://www.androidworld.fr/

Ce dossier a été créé par UsbFix et est enregistré sur ton bureau.

HijackThis est, par exemple, en mesure de forcer le changement de la page d'accueil. Cette fonction est particulièrement utile lorsque votre navigateur ne vous permet plus de modifier la page d'accueil car un site se l'est appropriée ! Le logiciel peut également enregistrer des paramètres par défaut et ignorer certains éléments définis.

.cliques sur download
.cliques sur download Hijackthis installer
.enregistres le sur le bureau
.Tu fermes tout les programmes ouverts y compris le navigateur. sauf ton anti-virus et pare-feux
.installes le , il va s'installer par défaut dans C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\HijackThis
.Cliques sur "Do a system scan and save the logfile"
.Cela va t'ouvrir un bloc note à la fin du scan.
.Copie son contenu et poste le dans ton prochain message. sinon le rapport est dans C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\HijackThis\ hijackthis "document texte"

bonjour, tu va sfixer les lignes donnés avrc hijackthis, et tu passeras findykill option 1 pour voir car comme tu avais des cracks sur le pc et que beaucoup d'infection son véhiculé par ce biais par sécurité on va contrôler avec fundykill

1) Fixer les lignes

.Tu fermes tout les programmes ouverts y compris le navigateur. sauf ton anti-virus et pare-feux

! Déconnecte toi et ferme toutes applications en cours ! 

• Branche tes sources de données externes à ton PC, (clé USB, disque dur externe, etc...)

• Double-clique sur le raccourci FindyKill qui est sur ton bureau pour lancer l'outil .
 
• Au menu principal choisis l'option " F " pour français et tape sur [entrée] . 

• Au second menu Choisis l'option " 1 " (recherche) et tape sur [entrée] 

 Laisse travailler l'outil et ne touche à rien ... 

--> Poste le rapport qui apparait à la fin , sur le forum ...

( le rapport est sauvegardé aussi sous C:\FindyKill.txt ) 
( CTRL+A Pour tout selectionner , CTRL+C pour copier et CTRL+V pour coller )

Bonjour, j'ai voulu faire le ménage sur un disque dur externe..en sélectionnant un dossier a supprimer, avast a détecté un virus encore...
J'ai supprimer le dossier source mais maintenant c'est mon ordi qui rame..

bonjour, tu passes malwarebytes tu lui fais la mise à jour avant, et tu choisis un examen complet de ton pc, en ayant banché ton dd externe et si il de demande de choisir les disques à analyser coches bien les cases corespondantes à tes disques
