PC qui rame à l'aide!!

tout d'abord merci de m'avoir répondu...
Alors, quand je lance genproc, mon antivirus me lance une alerte virus et supprime les dossier lié au fonctionnement du logiciel!?
Es-ce normal?

je n'ai pas compris pour le lien (?).

Alors dés que je lance exe genproc, j'ai une alerte de mc afee, avec une boite de dialoque: "message d'analyse lors de l'accés", aprés c'est genproc qui m'informe qu'un ou plusieurs fichiers necessaires au fonctionnement du programme manque, puis me dit de 1) cliquer sur OK pour afficher l'aide et 2) supprimer la totalité du dossier genproc. Voilà, j'espere que ça te parle.

je suis désolé mais je n'arrive pas à faire fonctionner le logiciel meme apres avoir désactivé mon antivirus.
