Gandelf, can you explain to me how you did it, because I'm with Free too!!

Maybe it's a problem with FREE?

By the way, not being very skilled with computers, can you give me a very, very simple procedure!!
Thank you in advance!

It's working for me now (I'm in the Paris region).

It's definitely a problem on their end. It'll probably get sorted out little by little.

at this address caisse-epargne.fr

Indeed, it seems there is a problem with Free's DNS...

At home... with Free's DNS:
jb@rack:~$ nslookup www.caisse-epargne.fr
;; Got SERVFAIL reply from 212.27.40.241, trying next server
;; Got SERVFAIL reply from 212.27.40.241, trying next server
Server: 212.27.40.240
Address: 212.27.40.240#53

** server can't find www.caisse-epargne.fr: SERVFAIL

and from a machine at the office with CNRS DNS:
jb@dns:~$ nslookup www.caisse-epargne.fr
Server: 127.0.0.1
Address: 127.0.0.1#53

Non-authoritative answer:
Name: www.caisse-epargne.fr
Address: 91.135.185.224

So... be careful with the DNS from providers, they may still be sensitive to the major DNS vulnerabilities from this summer!!!!

In Chartres, nothing either. However, we can access the homepage by removing the www.
But there's no way to access the accounts. Let's wait...

just type http://91.135.185.224 and there, miraculously, it works...

We can indeed access the site (very slowly) but not the accounts!!!

hehe maybe you should clear your browser cache!

and for HTTPS access:

https://www.caisse-epargne.fr/particuliers?nodeid=1078&sc=0#pauth
0

en remplaçant toujours le www.caisse-epargne.fr

par 91.135.185.224

donc au final ça donne : https://91.135.185.224/pauth.aspx?nodeid=1078&sc=0

You need to replace the text address with the IP address!

https://91.135.185.224/pauth.aspx?nodeid=1078&sc=0

I'm using Firefox, none of what you suggested works.
In my opinion, they are under maintenance, we just have to wait...As usual!!

I tried with Explorer and Mozilla and it doesn't work for either of them!!

Already tried your technique of replacing the DNS name with the IP, but it only works up to authentication, after that it doesn't work anymore. So the problem is still not resolved either with Firefox or with Chrome.
