Hello,
I am looking for the manual for my motherboard because I want to add RAM. The problem is when I run Everest it shows unknown, and when I open the PC, it only says HT5200 on my motherboard; I suppose that must be the model, but I don't have a brand. Thank you.

I found some additional information for my motherboard Motherboard Canberra (ECS MCP78PVM-PM), but I can't find the manual.

Yes, that's the one. I would like to switch to Windows 7 in 64-bit to add some RAM, as I currently have 3GB. Can you tell me how much I can upgrade to? Because on one site I see 8GB (which I find a lot) and on another 4GB. Thank you.
Thank you very much for your responses, I think I'm going to add 2x2GB DDR2 800MHz and install Windows Seven in 64 bit. As for the drivers, are they already available for Windows 7 or do I need to use the ones from Vista?

No idea
I can't see any Vista Seven drivers for this card on Packard Bell's website

To be more sure, I would need the PC references

The references are a brand, a name, and a number
Unless I'm mistaken, assuming the motherboard hasn't been retrieved from a "manufacturer's PC"
It's a Packard Bell Imedia xxxxxx
Now we need to find the xxxxx, a number (a combination of letters and digits)
See here http://support.packardbell.com/fr/item/?m=step2&i=menu_desktop
You should find this number on a label on the back of the PC
