Bonjour tout le monde!

Je previens d'entrée: je suis assez novice dans l'univers pc. Voila: j'ai récement nettoyé l'ensemble de mon pc (AVG+antivi+Spybot+SpeedUp+a²!) et le résultat est plutôt bon. Il me reste juste un pb pour lequel j'ai besoin de votre aide: SpeedUp m'informe de l'activité d'un programme Avguard.exe; Il passe son temps à le supprimmé mais il réapparaît aussitôt. SpeedUp m'indique également que ce programme est lié au Virus Netsky.G; J'ai donc lancé un programme de désinfection trouvé sur le site Sophos, mais sans succès... Comment dois-je faire pour supprimer cette S........ ?????

tous faire dans l ordre imperativement

demarre en mode sans echec
mode sans echec pour cela tu tapote la touche f8
des le debut de l allumage du pc sans t arreter
une fenetre vas souvrir tute deplace avec les fleches du clavier sur demarreren mode sans echec
une fois sur le bureau il ni auras pas toutes les couleurs et autres c est normal.si f8 ne marche pas utilise la touche f5

desactive ta restauration systeme
pour ça tu fais clic droit sur poste de travail
propriété tu clique sur onglet restauration système
tu coche la case désactiver la restauration et applique

assure toi de ceci
Affiche tous les fichiers et dossiers :
cliquer sur démarrer/panneau de configuration/option des dossiers/affichage
Cocher afficher les dossiers cacher

Décoche la case "Masquer les fichiers protégés du système d'exploitation (recommandé)"

Décocher masquer les extensions dont le type est connu
Puis fais «Ok» pour valider les changements.

Et appliquer

Merci et désolé pour le délai de réponse. Tout ceci n'a pu faire de mal mais n'a malheureusement pas réglé mon problème de départ. j'ai toujours un fichier avguard.exe et (je ne l'avais pas précisé dans mon premier mail mais c'était déjà le cas) spybot identifie toujours le même mouchard DSOexploit.

2 rmqs sur la procédure plus haut:
- je n'ai pas trouvé le fichier "ipeu32.exe" pour le supprimer, même en faisant une recherche windows,
- Adaware a mis 3 fichiers en quarantine (pas possible de les supprimer directement) et je ne peux ouvrir ce fichier quarantine: je ne sais donc pas s'ils sont supprimés ou non.
