AshWebSv.exe

Bonjour, lorsque je me connecte à internet, le message suivant d'affiche :
"ashWebSv.exe a rencontré un problème et doit fermer", et IE se ferme. Ca m'arrive aussi lorsque je vais sur Google.
C'est quasi systématique, y a t-il un moyen de faire cesser ces fermetures intempestives ?

    remplace internet explorer par firefox (gratuit)

      Bonjour

      A mon avis, tu as un pare-feu qui interdit à ashwebSv.exe l'accès au net.
      Ce fichier (Avast Web Scanner, le bouclier Web) doit pouvoir entrer/sortir sur le net pour que ça fonctionne.
      C'est tout.
