Urgent Pc Gravement infecté !!!

Bonjour,J'ai un ordinateur windows xp , hier j'ai telecharger un dossier sur internet et me voila avec un virus Tous mes icones du bureau sont partis , mon fond d'ecran aussi je dois demmarrer les programmes par Demarrer--->>>Programmes pour y acceder et j'ai toujours une bulle qui m'affiche avec une croix rouge
