Bonjour,

Voilà, j'ai été infecté par ce virus que je ne connais pas. j'ai d'abord lancé malwarebytes' anti-malware mais j'ai lu à partir de forum que ça n'enlevait pas completement le virus en question. Je suis plutot lamentable en informatique et j'aimerai bien que quelqu'un me poste une marche a suivre clair et précise (j'ai lu à des endroit qu'il fallait se servrir de hijackthis mais je ne sais pas du tout m'en servir ni rien^^).

Donc merci d'avance à la personne qui pourra m'aider :)

ok d'accord, et donc pour désactiver pare feu, je vais dans centre de sécurité windows et je désactive pare feu et protection anti virus, j'installe le fichier et une fois que le scan est fait et que j'ai le rapport, je remet le pare feu et l'antivirus c'est sa?

je revois pas mon mess alors je le réecris, voial quand je vais pour désactiver le apre feu et tout ça, j'arrive a désactiver le pare feu, les mise a jour automatique mais pas la protection antivirus.
je décide alors de stopper avast mais quand je lance combofix, il me dit qu'il ya d'autre antivirus que je ne connais pas du tout qui travaillent encore:

Tu as antivir de lancé..

Essaie en mode sans échec normalement ça devrait passer

▶ Le virus " Bagle " s'attrape via le P2P ( eMule, shareaza, etc.. ), il neutralise le fonctionnement de l'antivirus, désactive le mode sans échec,
désactive l'accès à la base de registre etc..

/!\ Désactive tes protections résidentes ( Antivirus, Pare-Feu, Antispyware ) /!\

[x] Télécharge Findykill.

[x] Branche tout tes médias amovibles sur ton PC

[x] Lance Findykill ( clique droit -> éxecuter en tant qu'administrateur sous vista )

[x] Choisis l'option F ( français ) puis l'option n°1 ( Recherche )

[x] Laisse le scan s'opérer.

[x] Copie/Colle le rapport qui s'ouvrira et poste le dans ta prochaine réponse

[x] Note : Le rapport FindyKill.txt est sauvegardé a la racine du disque. ( C:\FindyKill.txt )

Tu n'arrives pas à acceder au mode sans échec ? pourtant le rapport findykill indique qu'il est bien fonctionnel..

Tu as essayé diverses touches ? ( F5, F8, F10, F12 ) ?

j'ai essayé plusieur fois. J'arrive sur l'ecran d'accueil, ya le son windows et j'appuii sur f8. je vois que ça marche pas alors j'enchaine sur les autre mais toujours rien malgré que j'appuy plusieur fois...

Il faut que tu appuies sur F8 ou F10 au démarrage du PC , juste quand tu appuies sur le bouton power, quand il fait un " bip " sonore quoi.

Ensuite tu arriveras a un menu, tu selectionne " mode sans echec avec prise en charge reseau " et tu suis mes instructions

ah ok moi j'appuyai quand j'arrivai sur l'ecran d'accueil. bah la j'ai besoin de mon pc pour un devoir. j'essayerai ça quand j'aurai un peu de temps et je te tiens au courant ok? :)

j'ai l'impression que mon mess n'a pas été envoyé alors je le remet^^

je disais donc que j'avai pas eu le temps de faire les scan ces derniers temps. si je fais sa ce week end sa ira quand meme?
