Hello everyone, I also bought 3 tickets for U2 at the Stade de France and I can no longer access the site, does anyone have any news.....????
-
reliable even though they sometimes make pricing errors
I got 4 AC/DC tickets for June 12, 2009, two weeks before for €99 each in first class
so I recommend this site -
The site is down today, but it should be checked regularly; last week, in any case, we couldn't buy tickets for U2 at the Stade de France.
Thanks to Reventons 61 who claims to have received their tickets for AC/DC in 2009; that’s reassuring!! -
Hello,
I’m going to share my experience with this site.
I already intervened at the beginning of this thread, but my posts were deleted, who knows why.
I ordered and paid for two tickets for U2 in October 2009. Later, I came across links from the English press (which I had included in my previous posts) and I decided to cancel my order before the money was debited.
The cancellation was confirmed by email and I contacted my bank to prevent the money from being withdrawn (which apparently is impossible, the recourse can only be done once you’ve been scammed, anyway).
I called them (the site in question) and they confirmed that I would receive a check at my home for the amount of the transaction (I work in a bank myself and quickly understood the deception). So I called them back, and as usual, you never speak to the same person. This time, I was told that I would never receive a check because it was a mistake on their part. Then they assured me that I would be refunded by bank transfer (I’m still waiting). So I called back and asked to speak to the manager, who often goes to lunch during the day, and was told that I should contact the organization of my credit card to get a refund (sure, why not). In total, +/- , I made 15 phone calls to them and I can tell you that in the end, it was insults upon insults.
In the end, I got my tickets another way and I wrote off the amount I paid them.
Do a little research online, and you will see that this company has often had legal troubles.
DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE.
Thank you
David -
Hello
Big problem, the website is gone and the phone number is not answering anymore!!! What do we do? -
Hello,
I provided you with the English link that talked about this scam back in October 2009.
See pages 1 or 2 of this thread, under my username.
The problem is that the company is based in England.
I have a colleague who had the same issue with another site based
in England, and I can confirm that even with local lawyers,
he couldn't do anything.
Now, we need to find out why the site is no longer operational.
In my opinion, they scammed as many people as possible and have now packed up and left. -
Well, no panic, as long as the date hasn't passed, there may still be a bit of hope before taking legal action?! Just a few more months to wait, so patience ;)
-
Hello,
The catch is that as long as you don't receive your tickets as stipulated in the contract you accepted, you can't claim fraud. And if we wait until early September, the recourse with our bank will no longer be valid because a certain period has already elapsed.
Also, you can send a letter to your bank for fraud.
Upon receiving your letter, the bank can contact the organization where we purchased the tickets, which will have one month to respond. Then, if there is no response, there will be another follow-up, then another month to respond, etc., etc., etc................. -

Hello
Here is a link to confirm the fraud https://www.mirror.co.uk/authors/andrew-penman/ -
Hello,
I also bought tickets on the famous site worldwideticketstore.com and I'm also very scared of never receiving my tickets. In my case, I paid €75 per ticket plus €20 for delivery by mail.
On my reservation, it states that I will receive them two or three weeks before...
Do you have any updates since the time that has passed????
Thank you for your replies. -
Hello! I also ordered tickets for U2 at the Stade de France! Charge it the day after tomorrow! Where are you located? Because if they sell us the same "virtual" seats, we can already take action with our banks...) Personally, my seats are in L18
Thank you in advance for your replies

Hello,
I have no information about the status of my seats in the stadium... I made a request to the Visa organization through my bank, and the timeframe for a refund has passed (request made a month ago in May 2010 and purchase in October 2009).
I have inquired thoroughly; there's no chance of receiving the tickets...
The site is based in the USA in the state of New Jersey, created from Shanghai, and the money was debited in Turkish currency: "turkish lira"....
That's quite a lot to be honest!!!
Personally, I bought 20 tickets for a total of €1566!!!!!!!!!
For all those who are still hoping, you can now forget it...
However, if the scam occurred within the last 6 months, you may hope to get a refund from your bank or credit card organization. -
Well, we can get a refund, the tour is canceled...

According to the comments I found, it is a fraudulent site.

Unfortunately, I am in the same situation as you.

Sorry to disappoint you :-(
We bought tickets for the U2 concert, paid for since October 11, 2009!!!!!!!!!!
We learned today that we were scammed!!!!
I don't believe you will get the tickets or the money back :-((
Have a good evening anyway.
Nadine-
I am in the same situation as you... unfortunately. I booked 4 tickets for the U2 concert at the King Baudouin Stadium (Brussels) on September 22nd. Same message: we are supposed to receive the tickets 2 weeks before the show. Plus, I was charged in TRY (Turkish lira)... rather worrying...
But here is an email I received on February 25th:
Dear Customer of the WorldWideTicketStore,
We have a new telephone number!
020 7407 5214
Our Contact details have been updated on the website but as a courtesy we are also informing all of our customers via email.
Please be advised that this does not affect your booking with us in any way.
Should you require any further information please either reply to this email or use the number above.
Kind Regards,
WorldWideTicketStore.com

For those who understand... but I no longer believe it...

Hello
Today is August 19, 2010, and I still haven't received anything!!!
I've tried sending emails... and nothing, no response.
Has anyone heard any news?
Because the site isn't working anymore... there are only discussion topics screaming fraud... damn, I'm scared!!!
Can someone try to reassure me or let me know what's going on???-
Good evening Anne Lise,
for my part, I am now convinced that we will receive nothing,
indeed the money was debited in Turkish currency, the site created from Shanghai and based in the USA
it's a lot to be honest.
Moreover, no message or warning prior to payment indicated that the tickets would be sent at the last minute
which suggests that this information is given to avoid raising suspicions immediately and to give time to the fraudsters...
I still have two or three convincing elements in mind but I believe the demonstration is made...
Sorry to disappoint you!!!
I advise you to stop hoping right away and not to delude yourself, nothing will arrive at your place...
for my part, I had bought 20 tickets,
it may reassure you to know that some have paid even more than you
Best regards

Hi everyone! Indeed, everything is fake! A friend simulated a ticket order and they sold the same locations as mine (L17)....
My bank is trying to recover my money and is covering me in case of fraud, but I think my €155 are lost anyway. -
