Hello everyone,
I just contacted them by phone and I confirm that the hotline is quite standard, no scam on that side.
My English isn't perfect, but I managed to have him look up my order number and give me the name and address for delivery. Then he confirmed that I would receive the tickets 3 to 4 weeks before the concert. I asked him if I could receive them earlier, and he explained to me that it’s a kind of legislation on their side: They sell the tickets but only ship them a few weeks before the event to prevent resale (especially at auctions...).
Finally, I asked him if I could trust their services for the reception of my tickets, and he assured me there wouldn't be any issues. It's worth what it's worth, but ultimately I don't think it's a setup...
So I will wait, and I think it's the only thing we have left to do.
If anyone has additional information, please share ;-)

thank you so much so much geoffrey!!
I see that I was far from being the only one in this situation.
Your message really reassures me. These tickets are a birthday gift for my darling and I would have been sick to know it was a scam!! Indeed, as long as we don't have the tickets, nothing is 100% certain, but your news is very reassuring!
thank you again -

Cilou: one of the reasons for responding once the money has been cashed could be (note the conditional) the wait for the period to make any recourse obsolete (6 months)...
I am not making any assumptions, I am just putting forward a hypothesis.
I sincerely hope you receive your tickets.
Have a good day. -
I took the plunge, I called a gentleman who answered me and similarly asked for my order number, verified the address, and said that the tickets would be sent out a month in advance, that they were sure to have some. After that, we can't be sure of anything, but I'll give it a shot. See you soon.

Hello everyone,
I did as you did, seeing no more space on the French sites I rushed to their site and I hope it's not a scam.
Anyway, let's keep each other updated.-
Good evening,
I called this afternoon to request the cancellation of my order and a refund, but they told me it wasn't possible.
I hope it's not a scam; I've looked for information on their site, on forums, and on the internet, and I haven't found anything concerning.
Now all that's left to do is cross my fingers.- Look, I also bought a ticket and I unfortunately think they stole it!!!!
I don't know what to do!

Is there anyone who can tell me more????

Linette: logically, you have the right to cancel your order free of charge within 7 days. Find out.
In any case, they did not contest my cancellation at all and confirmed it to me by email.
Best regards -
Apparently they are having issues with my MASTERCARD payment... several email exchanges and phone calls... so I canceled my order AND... I bought tickets for Munich on another site: worth 68.50 euros... purchased for 104.90 euros Sunday morning... and I just received them..... yesssssssss! I will be there!

Well, I decided to cancel my purchase.
I called them again this afternoon, my account hasn't been debited yet, for a purchase made on 10/27/09.
I received a confirmation email stating that my purchase was canceled, so no fees, blah blah blah.
I'm turning the page and I'm on a much safer path than that.
To reassure you, here's what made me suspicious: https://www.mirror.co.uk/authors/andrew-penman/
Good luck
David
For our English-speaking friend:
Hi,
I bought 2 tickets yesterday and have decided to cancel it today.
Then I had them on the phone yesterday and they told me that I'll have to pay fees in case of cancellation (25 euros/ticket).
I decided to call them again today and wrote an email. My payment was not processed and they confirmed to me that the deal was canceled, no fees. So case closed.
I found the website below which confirms that they are not trustworthy and it's better not to order or buy tickets there: https://www.mirror.co.uk/authors/andrew-penman/
Hope this helps
Kind Regards
David -
Salut David
Claudio,
Quelle est ta langue ?
Do you speak Italian?
Look, it's better to call directly the number 044 20 7702 1116 and talk to them.
It depends if the payment has already been made or not.
If not, send an email to: <accounts@worldwideticketstore.com>
You just have to say that you want to cancel the order because you don't need it anymore. If the money has already been taken from the account, it will cost you 25 euros per ticket, and they will refund the money to your account.
But it’s better to call; they are in a hurry on the phone, "they have things to do," so be prepared to say the right things.
Let me know
Bye
David -
David, you're very kind but I'm bothering you again.
So I'll introduce myself, give them my order number and tell them that I no longer want to make the purchase...
Did they put up resistance or did they say okay and that was it? -
Claudio,
Please, I am at work, but I have the possibility to do it.
The problem is that the person does not say the same thing every time you call.
First of all, you need to check your account to see if the money has been taken.
Without fear, call and do this:
Give the number they sent you (WW-XXXX) and ask to know the details, first name, last name.
Then, you need to say that you want to cancel the purchase.
- case 1: They have already taken the money and they tell you -> just say that you will pay the 25 euros in fees per ticket
- case 2: the money is still in your account -> ask to cancel the order, since the payment has not yet been made, they will send you an email saying that the purchase is canceled, and that’s it.
First of all, send an email saying that you want to cancel everything, so on the phone, tell them that you have sent an email to cancel and that you have not received a reply, and ask for an online verification, so you are sure that they have seen the email, and this will also serve as proof.
Also, ask them to respond after the call; if the case is like mine, you will receive an email 30 minutes later saying that the payment/purchase is canceled.
Courage

Hello everyone, I also bought 03 tickets for U2 at the Stade de France.
I sent them several emails because I wanted to receive my tickets quickly and this was refused.
I hope, like you, that this is not a scam.
Let’s keep each other updated.-
I also bought a ticket, I also asked them to send it to me quickly, but they told me it’s impossible. Look here, I think they stole it!!!

Hello,
I also admit to having doubts, I ordered 8 tickets for €1160... I've looked at other sites like u2010tickets or passion-events (French site), they also always have tickets available (while Carrefour, Fnac and others show the concert as sold out), and they also say that the tickets will be sent about 3 weeks before the event... I also saw that on the worldwide ticketstore site, they provide their address in London, and say that we can pick up the tickets on-site... I will keep searching, as I am still not convinced... -
Hello
I bought 4 tickets on 28/10, I was supposed to receive them within 5 days but I haven't received anything and nothing has been debited from my account
Can someone give me a phone number so that I can cancel my order
Thank you -
Hello everyone,
I also ordered 2 tickets for U2, but I don't think it's a scam; I received the billing in my email, a reference number, and a hotline contacted me twice, once to say that my payment didn't go through, and the next day they called me back to say it was okay, so I'm not worried...
You know, I've already ordered through this site and had no problems; I received the tickets 2 weeks before the concert. So no worries, friends. -
To reassure you, I also bought tickets in early November from this "particular" supplier for a Paul McCartney concert in December. After a few cold sweats about whether it was a scam or not, I just received the tickets by express mail. Everything is perfect, I am relieved.
-
I am 80% sure that this site is a scam. Many comments found online from people who never received the tickets. This site is considered a "scam" by many reputable sites.
For a purchase in November, I just blocked the payment thanks to the following letter:

Do the same quickly!!!
