Impossible d'installer un antivirus depuis 2

Bonjour,

je suis vraiment embêté , aprés le crash de firefox et antivir , je ne peux plus installé un seul antivirus j'en ai essayé plusieurs sans résultat les messages d'erreurs sont les suivants :

" file is corrupt " ou

" installer integrity check has failed . common causes include incomplete download and damaged media .
