Bonjour,

En navigant sur le net, ces dernier temps, j'ai plein de fenêtres publicitaire qui s'affichent
Y a-t-il une solution pour que ces fenêtres ne s'affichent plus? Merci pour vos réponses.

    Salut.

    Il existe des solutions, oui, cela ressemble à une infection :

    HijackThis :

    ▶ Télécharge hijackthis

    ▶ Tout est expliqué sur ce site web pour l'installer et l'utiliser correctement.

    ▶ Poste le rapport obtenu dans le bloc note dans ta prochaine réponse.

    Comment copier/coller le rapport :

    ▶ Quand tu as le rapport à l écran, tu fais ctrl A pour "sélectionner tout" puis ctrl C pour "copier".

    ▶ Ensuite tu viens sur le forum pour me répondre et tu fais ctrl V pour "coller" le rapport.

    Ci joint le rapport, mais je n'ai pas changé "Hitjackhis" en " HJT.exe"
    En "HJT.exe" je n'arrivais pas a copier coller

    Navilog 1 :

    ▶ Télécharge Navilog1 (de IL-MAFIOSO) et enregistre-le sur le Bureau.

    ▶ Double-clique sur Navilog1.exe.
    (Si Vista, clique-droit >> Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur)

    ▶ Appuie sur F puis valide par Entrée.
    ▶ Appuie sur une touche de ton clavier à chaque fois que cela est demandé, tu arriveras au menu des options.
    ▶ Choisis l'option 1 et appuie sur la touche Entrée pour valider ton choix.
    ▶ Patiente le temps du scan. Il te sera peut-être demandé de redémarrer ton PC.
    ▶ Patiente jusqu'au message : "" Scan terminé le ..... ""
    ▶ Le rapport apparaît, poste-le dans ta prochaine réponse.

    Tu as donc été infecté(e) par Live-Player, attention ! :)

    ▶ Télécharge Malwarebytes Anti-Malware (MBAM):

    MBAM

    ▶ Installe-le en vérifiant que la case de mise à jour soit bien cochée en fin d'installation.

    ▶ Après la mise à jour, lance-le et coche "Examen Rapide". Puis "Rechercher".

    ▶ Si MBAM trouve quelque chose: fais "Voir les résultats" puis "Supprimer la sélection".

    ▶ Poste le rapport généré.

    Salut Claztum.

    C'est pas mal. As-tu encore des pubs.

    Pour vérifier : ▶ Télécharge Random's System Information Tool (RSIT) (par random/random) sur ton Bureau.

    http://images.malwareremoval.com/random/RSIT.exe

    ▶ Double-clique sur RSIT.exe.

    ▶ Clique sur Continue à l'écran Disclaimer.

    ▶ Lorsque l'analyse sera terminée, deux fichiers texte s'ouvriront. Poste le contenu de log.txt (c'est celui qui apparaît à l'écran) ainsi que de info.txt (que tu verras dans la barre des tâches).

    ▶ A noter: Les rapports se trouvent également ici: C:\rsit.

      Je n'arrive pas a faire l'analyse RSIT, l'analyse s'arrete après avoir
      cliqué sur "continue sur l'écran Disclaimer" il y a un pavé qui s'affiche
      sur lequel il est marqué:

    Incompatibilité Seven peut-être....

    Essaie avec cet outil :

    Télécharge ZHPDiag :

    https://www.zebulon.fr/telechargements/securite/systeme/zhpdiag.html

    Enregistre le sur ton Bureau.

    Une fois le téléchargement achevé,fais un double clic sur ZHPDiag.exe et suis les instructions.
    N'oublie pas de cocher la case qui permet de mettre un raccourci sur le Bureau.
    Double clique sur le raccourci ZHPDiag sur ton Bureau.

    /!\ l'outil a créé 2 icônes ZHPDiag et ZHPFix.

    Clique sur la loupe pour lancer l'analyse.
    Laisse l'outil travailler, il peut être assez long.
    Ferme ZHPDiag en fin d'analyse.

    Pour transmettre le rapport clique sur ce lien :

    http://www.cijoint.fr/

    Clique sur Parcourir et cherche le répertoire où est installé ZHPDiag (en général C:\Program Files\ZHPDiag).
    Sélectionne le fichier ZHPDiag.txt.
    Clique sur "Cliquez ici pour déposer le fichier".

    Peux-tu retenter RSIT en désactivant l'UAC : https://www.commentcamarche.net/informatique/windows/261-desactiver-le-controle-de-compte-d-utilisateur-uac-de-windows/

    Je ne connais pas encore Seven,je ne sais pas s'il y a des choses spéciales à faire pour que les outils démarrent.

      J'ai donc desactivé l'UAC, j'ai essayé de faire l'analyse RSIT, et j'ai toujours ce pavé qui s'affiche idem
      a la fenêtre 8 du forum.

    Le lecteur G correspond a une petite catre SD de 2Gb
    et le C:\ correspond au disque dur de vista, et moi je travail avec windows seven disque D:\
    Pour l'instant je n'ai plus de fenetres pub qui s'affichent, je considère que le nettoyage est fait.

    Ok, pour supprimer les outils utilisés :

    Télécharge OTCleanIt sur ton Bureau :

    http://www.geekstogo.com/forum/files/file/403-otc-oldtimers-clean-it/

    * Clique droit sur OTCleanIt et choisis Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur.
    * Clique sur CleanUp! puis clique sur Yes à la fenêtre Confirm.
    * Redémarre ton PC comme demandé.

    Au redémarrage, OtCleanIt aura supprimé les outils utilisés ainsi que lui-même.
