Depuis hier Firefox recommence à planter... Je n'ai rien modifié ou installé sur mon PC depuis !

Ton rapport RSIT ne montre plus rien d'infectieux.....

==> As tu des problèmes avec les autres navigateurs et notemment avec IE ?
Ps:
Nous sommes a IE8 et même si tu n'utilises pas IE, WINDOWS l'utilise pour ses MAJ

J'ai installé toutes les mises à jour mais il y a toujours ces plantages incessants...

Sinon, je n'ai aucun problème avec les autre navigateurs comme IE.

Vraiment je ne sais pas ce qui se passe...

Fais ceci stp...

[*]Télécharge AD-Remover (de Cyrildu17 / C_XX) sur ton Bureau.

[*] Déconnecte-toi et ferme toutes applications en cours

[*]Double-clique sur le programme d'installation, installe-le dans son emplacement par défaut (C:\Program files).
[*]Double-clique sur l'icône [AD-Remover située sur ton Bureau.
[*]Au menu principal, choisis l'option L.[*]Poste le rapport qui apparaît à la fin.

(Le rapport est sauvegardé aussi sous C:\Ad-report(date).log)

(CTRL+A pour tout sélectionner, CTRL+C pour copier et CTRL+V pour coller)

Note : "Process.exe", une composante de l'outil, est détecté par certains antivirus comme une infection, ne pas en tenir compte, il s'agit d'un faux positif, continue la procédure

Il y a peut-être une manip à faire pour désinstaller tous les composants ?

bonjour, si l'on me permet mon intervention , tu dis avoir désinstallé et réinstallé firefox, as tu avant réinstallation , supprimer le dossier restant dans program files , et même après affichage des fichier cacher dans documents and settings dans le dossier de ta session dans local setting , application data et voir dans les autres dossiers et supprimé tous ce qui est mozilla et firefox , et puis passer ccleaner sur le registre . Après la tu réinstalles
