Hello, I am Tunisian, I live in Tunisia and I am a member of the dating site muslima.com, with a standard status, which means unpaid, meaning limited contact margins. My brother living in France offered me a one-year subscription on this site with gold status on September 10, 2009, and right away my gold profile was activated. The next day, just a few hours later, my profile was completely suspended, claiming that they needed to verify if there was any fraud during the transaction. We sent them a fax of the front and back of the credit card used for the payment that they requested. Since that day, my account has been deactivated and the same message is still displayed ("suspended for credit card verification reason"). I would like to point out that my brother is not a member of this site and he is offered to open an account on their site. After several correspondences with this site demanding the reactivation of my account, there has been no response. When we call, an answering machine informs us that the translator is not available. It's true that muslima.com is useless, their voicemail doesn't work. What's the point of giving people hope when nothing really works?

I paid by check, and the check was cashed, but my account has never been activated. They told me they didn't receive anything.

Avoid this dating site.
I issued a check for 29.99 for a one-month subscription, they cashed the check but never activated the subscription.
Despite my calls and emails, they've never done anything, my profile remains in standard mode.. they keep asking me for a thousand and one documents.

Hello everyone,

I had the same problem as you. Muslima closed my access to the site, claiming that there had been fraud. After that, they asked me to send them a copy of my ID card front and back. I did, but they still haven't reopened access to my account.

They suspended my account and I don't know why. I've called several times without any response (plus the phone charges).
