Hello,
I have a Kyocera FS 2000 D, and I can't select the normal tray, despite my attempts on the printer in "paper management."
Furthermore, when I don't put any paper in the MF tray, the printer doesn't take from the normal tray.
And when I print under Unix, the printing is only done with the MF tray.
When I compare the menu card during installation and the current menu card,
>Feed
Tray
has been replaced by
>Feed
MF Tray
and the first choice no longer appears in the printer's "Paper management."
The printing options and properties of the printer are correct on the computer.
I hope I'm expressing myself correctly and that someone can help me
It's really a headache.
I can't find the solution.
Thank you for your help.

the discussion was posted in the forum ""Office Automation"", by someone who is not a member of CCM and therefore might not be aware of how it works. So, I took the liberty of providing a definition reminder, before moving their discussion to the forum ""Computer Hardware".

I hope you will be able to understand this one!
