Bonjour,
J'ecris avec un clavier qwerty, je ne peux donc pas utiliser les accents.
Hier soir, j'ai ete infecte par un virus.Je m'en suis appercu en voyant internet explorer demmarer sans raisons.J'ai regarde mes processus, et deux m'ont sembles bizzares.msa.exe et b.exe.Je les ais supprimes et suis alle me coucher.Ce matin, impossible de redemarrer l'ordi.A chaque fois j'ai un message, me disant que suite a un probleme, l'ordinateur dois redemarrer dans une minute.Je ne peux demarrer qu'en mode sana echec.Kapersky est bloque, ainsi que malwarebyte, hijackthis, smitfraud, combofix, dr web.

[x] Lance le, dans la partie " nettoyeur " clique sur " analyser à droite puis ensuite nettoyer
[x] Clique sur l'onglet " Registre " puis " chercher les erreurs "
[x] Clique sur " corriger les erreurs " puis un message de demandera si tu veux faire un backup, accepte en cliquant sur " oui " et enregistre le quelque part.
[x] Clique enfin sur " Corriger toutes les erreurs séléctionnées "
[x] Pense à renouveller l'opération assez souvent pour garder un pc propre

-> Confirme ensuite en cliquant sur " Installer " dans la petite fenêtre qui s'ouvre.

Un autre petit souci pour le fichier HiJackThis.exe qui se trouve dans C:\Users\DNMED\Documents\Downloads.Il m'est impossible de le supprimer depuis qu'il a ete bloque avec le meme message d'erreur que les autres.J'ai quand meme telecharger un autre HiJackThis qui marche tres bien.

Peux tu me donner plus de précisions sur les messages d'erreurs ? et qu'entend tu par " IE et Kaspersky ne fonctionnent pas " ?
Quand je veux lancer Kapersky ou Internet Explorer, j'ai le message suivant dans une petite fenetre:" Windows cannot access the specified device, path or file.You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item". Kapersky et Internet Explorer ne demarrent pas.
J'ai essaye mais ca ne marche pas.J'ai aussi verifie les droits d'acces, et j'ai plein droits sur Kaspersky et internet Explorer.
Lorsque tu fais clique droit -> propriété sur l'un des deux fichiers, tu as un bouton " Unblock " dans l'onglet général ? Si oui, clique dessus
C'est bon, j'ai trouve.Maintenant Kaspersky et internet explorer fonctionnent.Le probleme venait des droit d'acces.L'user Name etait "EveryOne", je l'ai efface et en ai cree un nouveau.

Redémarre en MSE

Ouvre le dossier SDFix qui vient d'être créé dans le répertoire C:\ et double clique sur RunThis.cmd ( ou Runthis.bat ) pour lancer le scrïpt.
Appuie sur Y pour commencer le processus de nettoyage.
Il va supprimer les services et les entrées du Registre de certains trojans trouvés puis te demandera d'appuyer sur une touche pour redémarrer.
Appuie sur une touche pour redémarrer le PC.
Ton système sera plus long pour redémarrer qu'à l'accoutumée car l'outil va continuer à s'exécuter et supprimer des fichiers.
Après le chargement du Bureau, l'outil terminera son travail et affichera Finished.
Appuie sur une touche pour finir l'exécution du scrïpt et charger les icônes de ton Bureau.
Les icônes du Bureau affichées, le rapport SDFix s'ouvrira à l'écran et s'enregistrera aussi dans le dossier SDFix sous le nom Report.txt.
Poste moi le rapport.
(CTRL+A Pour tout selectionner , CTRL+C pour copier et CTRL+V pour coller )
