Download PS2 BIOS

Hello,
Can someone tell me how to safely download the PS2 BIOS? I own the console, physical game discs, and I don't want to end up with an ADSL subscription cut off and a hefty fine, thanks!
Configuration: Windows XP Google Chromes 3.0.195.21

    OK So it’s not a BIOS you need to say but an emulator
    On Google you should be able to find emulators for PS1 but for PS2 I don’t know if there are any??
    And the game ROMs are legal only if you have the original game
    Otherwise it’s illegal

    And yes I know the "hadopi" law that should come into effect at the beginning of 2010 and which will mainly focus at first on music downloading.
    I hope this law falls flat on its face and the major labels with it!!!

    And a used PS2 for under €50 can be found so that’s good :)
