Hello,

I have a problem with Adobe Photoshop CS4. It works fine ^^ but it keeps messing up when it updates.

Here's my question: How can I block Photoshop from accessing the internet?

The meanie ^^

Thank you in advance for your responses.
Configuration: Windows Vista Safari 531.9.1

Hi, to block the internet connection for Adobe Suite:

Go to Photoshop preferences /
Select the "External Modules" section:
Deselect the connection.

There you go.

Hi

@ neox666: As if reinstalling Photoshop would block its access to the internet...

@ aradu63: Check your firewall to see if you have any rule(s) regarding Photoshop that instead of allowing internet access, you have blocked it.

Keep us updated please.

Uh... There should be a trace of Adobe or Photoshop in your firewall, all processes that have internet access go through the firewall.

By the way, which firewall are you using, the one from Windows?

Install Little Snitch and ask it to block all connections coming from Adobe ;-)
