Gray bands

Hello, I transferred a video from a camcorder to my PC and I have beautiful horizontal gray bands, is there a way to remove them?

    Hello,
    A series of horizontal bands may result from a malfunction during recording, particularly with a camcorder using tapes (or mini DV). In this case, they cannot be removed.
    Have the device checked.

    I have the same issues on my camcorder screen and I notice that they disappear when I press the wide screen button - I don't know why.
