Hello,
At the top of a Grandin television screen, a white band appears displaying the HDready, DV3, USB, HDMI, H264, PVR symbols, and it's extremely annoying. This display disappears for a few seconds and then reappears. HELP!! Please, I’m going crazy… because it’s very recent, we must have made some kind of mistake, what could it be?? THANK YOU in advance
Configuration: iPhone / Chrome 37.0.0.0

Good evening,
It is more than likely that the DEMO mode has been activated; to disable this mode, you just need to refer to what is indicated in the user manual provided with the TV.
There may even be a DEMO button on the remote control, and you simply need to press it to disable this function.
Best regards and have a good evening ;-)

When your television displays a banner containing the features of your TV, it means it was incorrectly configured during the initial setup. The location where the TV is situated has been set to "Store" mode instead of "Home".
- Press [menu]. - Go to settings and select system. - Scroll down to location, select "Home" and press [OK] to validate. - Press [EXIT] to close the Menu.
