USB key not detected on Sharp LCD TV

Hello, I have stored my photos on a USB flash drive. My Sharp LCD TV does not detect this drive, while tests on other screens work. Why? Thank you
Configuration: Windows Vista Firefox 3.0.14

You can try to format it in a different format than the current one ...
WARNING: you will lose the data on the drive !!!!
Plug the drive into your PC then
This PC / Right-click on your drive / Format
and choose a different type: NTFS, FAT or FAT 32 ... try them all by putting a simple photo each time on your drive ...

And why when I plug my USB drive into my PS3, it doesn't work either?
It's likely due to either a bad FAT32 or NTFS support
you will need to format the drive and try again on your PS3
or the drive may be faulty or the PS3 has a problem

Okay, it's perfectly normal that you can't read music or movies.
That's not what it's meant for.
Read your manual and you'll see that the USB port is only for service.
Either reprogram the firmware, and nothing else.

Devices that are over 2 years old were not able to read media files. However, yours must be about 3/4 years old, that's why.

Alright, very well. So I can't watch movies on a USB drive? But if I connect a laptop to my TV, will that work?
And why does it not work when I plug my USB drive into my PS3 either? Even though I have photos, music, and movies on it.

perform the test by connecting your key to a PC
if you have access, it means that the medium on which the key was formatted is not supported by the PS3
