Mon pc rame de plus en plus

Bonjour,

J'ai un petit soucis avec mon pc depuis 2-3 semaines...
J'ai un multiboot XP 2 session, l'une est dédiée aux jeux + internet et l'autre au travail + navigation internet, c'est justement cette premiere session qui me pose problême, je ne sais as si j'ai choppé un virus mais il rame de plus en plus et galère a lancer certains logiciel (beaucoup plus de temps qu'avant alors qu'il n'y a pas eu de nouvelle installation).

en faisant Ctrl + Alt + Suppr
je vois plusieurs processus dont je ne sais pas ce que c'est,
rlvkngl.exe & svchost.exe me bouffe en moyenne entre 30 et 40 000 ko...
firefox.exe me bouffe 75 000ko... (normal, je suis sur internet...)
avp.exe 30 000ko (a priori kaspersky)
et plein d'autres qui me bouffe plein de memoire

quelqu'un pourrais il m'aider et me dire si je n'ai pas choppé un virus ou autre "merde"suceptible de ralentir mon pc? es ce que je peut supprimer certains processus, et si oui, lesquels?

Salut fait ceci :

◆ ====>Clique ici pour installer Genproc<=====

► Installe sur ton bureaux GenProc en suivant le lien d'en haut
► Double clique sur le raccourci GenProc.exe
► Poste le contenu du rapport qui s'ouvre

# Si le rapport ne s'ouvre pas :

- Démarrer > Poste de travail > Disque local > GenProc > Arguments ; GenProc[1].txt
Ou alors
- Démarrer > Poste de travail > Disque local > GenProc > Page ; GenProc[1].html

( CTRL + A pour sélectionner le rapport, CTRL + C pour le copier, CTRL + V pour le coller )

(!) Tu n'est pas à jour (!)

Ton Internet Explorer pas à jour, il contient des failles de sécurités qui peuvent via des exploits sur des sites WEB conduire à l'infection.

Lis ce sujet IE6 VS IE 7 : Pourquoi maintenir son navigateur à jour ? et mets Internet Explorer 6 à jour.
En outre, tu peux faire un scan de vulnérabilités afin de vérifier que tes logiciels soient à jour sans failles de sécurités.

Scan antivirus en ligne

Ouvre internet explorer --> Outils --> Options internet --> onglet "sécurité" --> Valide "niveau par défaut".
Toujours sur Internet explorer --> Outils --> Options internet --> onglet "avancé" --> valide "Paramètres par défaut".

☞ Pour effectuer les scans, désactive ton antivirus, logiciels de protections et logiciels pouvant bloquer les popups (barres Google, barres Yahoo etc..).

► Scan en ligne avec Kaspersky :

● Fais un Scan en ligne sur Kaspersky en utilisant Internet Explorer et pas firefox, ça ne marchera pas!.
● Si tu es perdu, tu peux suivre cette aide pour les scans en ligne
● Au moment de choisir la cible à analyser, clics sur le bouton Paramètres d'analyse
● Dans la nouvelle fenêtre, coche étendu au milieu puis clic sur OK.
● Choisis le poste de travail dans la cible à analyser
● Copie/colle le rapport du scan ici

Note : Si tu reçois le message "La licence de Kaspersky On-line Scanner est périmée", vas dans Ajout/Suppression de programmes et désinstalle On-Line Scanner, reconnecte toi sur le site de Kaspersky pour retenter le scan en ligne.

Si le scan avec Kaspersky ne fonctionne pas, tu peux faire un scan en ligne avec Panda :
- Fais un scan avec panda en désactivant ton antivirus pendant le scan!

(Si tu es perdu, tu peux suivre cette aide pour les scans en ligne

- Copie/colle le rapport panda ici ...

Ton Windows n'est pas à jour, il contient des failles de sécurités, les virus passent par ces failles pour infecter ton ordinateur.
Ton Windows est donc vulnérable.
Cela sert à rien de commencer une désinfection tant ton Windows n'a pas été mis à jour sinon les virus vont revenir.

Vas sur cette page et télécharge le service pack 3 : Servie pack 3

Mets bien French à droite et clic sur OK pour télécharger le service pack 1a en Français.

Ensuite télécharger et lance Worms Doors Cleanr : Worms Doors Clean

Tu fermes tous les ports (mettre en vert les voyants).

Une fois tout cela de fait, poste un nouveau rapport HijackThis.

Cela peut etre la cause principale de tes lenteurs ;)

Si tu veux être un peu plus tranquille et avant de lancer Genproc, commence par virer le programme ci-dessus : RelevantKnowledge

Pour cela, ...

Désinstalle RelevantKnowledge, en allant dans …

1/ Démarrer > Panneau de Config. > Ajout/suppres… des progr.

2/ Démarrer > Poste de travail > C:\Program Files\...

Procéde par étapes :

(!) Ne pas ouvrir d'application pendant le scan (!)

(!) Faire une mise à jour du logiciel avant de le manipuler (!)

>>> Lance Malwarebytes

♦ Installe Malwarbytes sur ton bureaux

✿✿ Pour installer Malwarbytes clique ici ✿✿

☞ Sélectionne "Exécuter un examen complet" puis clique sur le bouton Rechercher pour lancer le scan.
☞ Clique sur le bouton "Lancer l'examen" pour démarrer le scan.
☞ Clique sur le bouton "Supprimer la sélection" en bas à gauche.
☞ Un rapport de scan s'ouvre, sélectionne tout copie le et colle le dans ta prochaine réponse.

● L'option à choisirs est "Do a system scan and save a logfile"

Néttoyage avec CCleaner
******************************

Introduction :

► Tout d'abord ccleaner sert à faire un peut de ménage sur ton ordinateur :

● Il permet de nettoyer votre systeme :

=> Suppression de fichier temporaires
=> Cookie, historique, etc

● Il permet de reparer des erreurs dans le registre :

=> DLL partagées inexistantes
=> Programme obsolètes, etc

Installe CCleaner

/!\ Décocher les options suivantes pendant l'installation :

1/ Contrôler automatiquement les mises à jour de CCleaner
2/ Ajouter la barre d'outils Yahoo! CCleaner

* Clique pour installer CCleaner

Avant manipulation configure le :

Option --> Propriétés --> Coche la case " éffacement Sécurisé du fichier (lent) "
Juste en bas choisit le mode Gutmann ( 35 passages )

☞ Onglet Windows détermine les éléments de Windows qui seront supprimés par le nettoyeur en les cochants
☞ Clique sur Analyse
☞ Une fois l'analyse aboutie clique sur lancer le nettoyage

☞ Onglet Applications ( les éléments appartenant à des applications Firefox, Flash etc..).
☞ Clique sur Analyse
☞ Une fois l'analyse aboutie clique sur lancer le nettoyage

Recherche des erreurs

☞ Clique sur l'onglet Registre
☞ Ensuite sur chercher des erreurs
☞ Réparrer les erreurs séléctionées
☞ CCleaner te proposera d'enregistrer un fichier .reg qui est une sauvegarde ( Pas la peine )

Salut

Merci pour ton aide une nouvelle fois...

Mon pc vas un peu mieux mais reste tres tres lent....

Est il possible qu'il reste des fichiers infectés? et si oui, comment les éradiquer... j'ai acheter une version de kaspersky qui n'a pas l'air de fonctionner selon les test que mon psystème vient de subir...

que puis je faire de plus? renvoyer un rapport hisjackthis?
