PC super méga lent...

Bonjour,
depuis peu mon pc (vista) rame enormement. j'ai pourtant essayé d'optimiser les réglages, lancé clean up, tune up, a-squared, spybot, antivir...et c'est de pire en pire donc je suppose qu'il y a un pb, un petit virus ou autres...
je ne suis pas une spécialiste d'internet loin de la donc si quelqu'un pouvait me prendre quelques instant par la main pour m'aider ce serait cool..

      Bonjour !

      Infecté par la Ask Tooblar

      * Télécharge et enregistre le fichier d'installation sur ton bureau : Ad-remover

      * Double clique sur le fichier d'installation de AD-Remover, le programme s'installera automatiquement.

      * Sous Vista : clic droit sur AD-Remover et sélectionner "Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur"

      * Au menu principal choisi l'option "L" et tape sur [entrée] .

      * Laisse travailler l'outil et ne touche à rien ...

      * Poste le rapport qui apparait à la fin.

      ( le rapport est sauvegardé aussi sous C:\Ad-report.log )

      (CTRL+A Pour tout selectionner , CTRL+C pour copier et CTRL+V pour coller )

      Note :

      Process.exe est détecté par certains antivirus (AntiVir, Dr.Web, Kaspersky Anti-Virus) comme étant un RiskTool.
      Il ne s'agit pas d'un virus, mais d'un utilitaire destiné à mettre fin à des processus.
      Mis entre de mauvaises mains, cet utilitaire pourrait arrêter des logiciels de sécurité (Antivirus, Firewall...) d'où l'alerte émise par ces antivirus.

    Oui, il faut arrêter spybot durant toute la durée de la désinfection

    Fais ça:

    * Télécharge ToolbarSD (de Team IDN) sur ton Bureau

    * (c est le numéro 6 en bas de la page)

    * Lance l'installation du programme en exécutant le fichier téléchargé.

    * Double-clique maintenant sur le raccourci de Toolbar-S&D.

    * Sélectionne la langue souhaitée en tapant la lettre de ton choix puis en validant avec la touche Entrée.

    * Choisis maintenant l'option 1 (Recherche). Patiente jusqu'à la fin de la recherche.

    * Poste le rapport généré. (C:\TB.txt)

      y'a une ligne du rapport d'Ad-Remover qui n'a pas été supprimé..

      Fais ça stp:
      * Télécharge Malwarebytes

      * Tu auras un tutoriel à ta disposition pour l'installer et l'utiliser correctement.

      * Fais la mise à jour du logiciel (elle se fait normalement à l'installation)

      * Lance une analyse complète en cliquant sur "Exécuter un examen complet"

      * Sélectionnes les disques que tu veux analyser et cliques sur "Lancer l'examen"

      * L'analyse peut durer un bon moment.....

      * Une fois l'analyse terminée, cliques sur "OK" puis sur "Afficher les résultats"

      * Vérifies que tout est bien coché et cliques sur "Supprimer la sélection" => et ensuite sur "OK"

      * Un rapport va s'ouvrir dans le bloc note... Fais un copié/collé du rapport dans ta prochaine réponse sur le forum

      * Il se pourrait que certains fichiers devront être supprimés au redémarrage du PC... Faites le en cliquant sur "oui" à la question posée

    il semblerait qu'il y ai rien d'anormal...voici le rapport!
    En revanche j'ai lu ailleurs que le fait que le controle des comptes utilisateur soit activé peut poser souci...je l'ai laissé pour l'instant je te fais confiance je suis tes intructions..

      je t'avais dit plus haut de le désactiver :)

      Voici la marche à suivre :)

      * Allez dans Démarrer, puis Panneau de configuration.
      * Choisissez l'affichage classique sur la gauche et double-cliquez sur Comptes d'utilisateurs.
      * Cliquez ensuite sur Activer ou désactiver le contrôle des comptes d'utilisateurs.
      * L'UAC vous demandera une confirmation (la dernière !), cliquez sur le bouton Continuer.
      * Dans la nouvelle fenêtre venant de s'ouvrir, décocher la case Utiliser le contrôle des comptes d'utilisateurs pour vous aider à protéger votre ordinateur et cliquez sur OK.

    *Telecharge UsbFix (de C_XX & Chiquitine29) sur ton bureau

    *Tutoriel recherche

    *Branche tes sources de données externes à ton PC, (clé USB, disque dur externe, etc...) suceptible d'avoir été infectés sans les ouvrir

    * Double clic sur le raccourci UsbFix sur ton bureau, l'installation se fera automatiquement

    * Choisi l'option 1 (recherche)

    * Laisse travailler l'outil

    * Ensuite post le rapport UsbFix.txt qui apparaîtra

    * Note : le rapport UsbFix.txt est sauvegardé a la racine du disque

    * Note : "Process.exe", une composante de l'outil, est détecté par certains antivirus (AntiVir, Dr.Web, Kaspersky Anti-Virus) comme étant un RiskTool.
    Il ne s'agit pas d'un virus, mais d'un utilitaire destiné à mettre fin à des processus.
    Mis entre de mauvaises mains, cet utilitaire pourrait arrêter des logiciels de sécurité (Antivirus, Firewall...) d'où l'alerte émise par ces antivirus

      oki, fais ça stp (il y a 2 étapes à faire ! merci de lire TOUT le post)


      * Tutoriel nettoyage d'USBFix

      * Branche tes sources de données externes à ton PC, (clé USB, disque dur externe, etc...) susceptible d'avoir été infectés sans les ouvrir

      * Double clic sur le raccourci UsbFix présent sur ton bureau

      * choisi l'option 2 ( Suppression )

      * Ton bureau disparaîtra et le pc redémarrera .

      * Au redémarrage , UsbFix scannera ton pc , laisse travailler l'outil.

      * Ensuite post le rapport UsbFix.txt qui apparaîtra avec le bureau .

      * Note : Le rapport UsbFix.txt est sauvegardé a la racine du disque.( C:\UsbFix.txt )

      * :!: UsbFix te proposera d'uploader un dossier compressé à cette adresse : https://www.androidworld.fr/

      * Ce dossier a été créé par UsbFix et est enregistré sur ton bureau.

      * Merci de l'envoyer à l'adresse indiquée afin d'aider l'auteur de UsbFix dans ses recherches.

      * Merci d'avance pour ta contribution !!

    j'ai fait la 1ere étape et cela ne ne se passe pas comme indiqué...le PC est resté bloqué sur un ecran bleu a son redemarrage apres avoir travaillé...j'ai du enlever la batterie pour le relancer...

    alors usbfix fait bien son travail puis relance le pc ,usbfix retravaille puis ecran bleu sans aucune ecriture...pas bloqué completement un peu comme en veille...si j'appui sur power de mon portable je revines sur le choix de compte et si je clique dessus de nouveau cet ecran bleu.
