Message d'erreur: Warning: Cannot modify head

Bonjour tout le monde,

hier, en voulant me connecter dans la partie administration de mon site wordpress, un message d'erreur est survenu:

depuis, je ne peux plus y accéder.
mon site est cependant toujours accessible à l'adresse suivante: https://www.instagram.com/chezmadd/
j'ai essayé de laisser un commentaire sur mon site et voici ce qui s'affiche:
