keyboard touch keys offset issue

Question

Hello,
I have a problem with the touch keys: indeed, there is a delay on the screen; when I touch a key on the left, it’s the key on the right that activates, so all the keys on the left are inaccessible.
How can I fix this delay, is there a reset or a setting possible?

You need to press on the top right corner of the device and it works (problem of a loose wire inside).

There are no possible settings, everything depends on the phone and the sensitivity of its screen; I have a brand new Nokia 5800 and I often have to use the stylus to avoid mistakes, but it's okay, I really like it!!!

It's easy to fix!
Go to Settings, then Phone, then Touch Input, and at the bottom you'll find "Touchscreen Calibration."
You do that, and the problem should be resolved.

Now I type my texts with the full-screen AZERTY keyboard, using my thumbs! And I make very few mistakes.

Thank you, but I don't have the Touch Input key; I have calibration, but it asks me to touch the middle of a target and it doesn't work because I can't touch it due to the offset!!!!!
What else can I do?!?!

I would advise you, after the calibration failure, to see your dealer so that they can see what they can do and/or contact the brand for more information. You may need to change your touchscreen.

I have the same problem, but when I have this issue, I lock the phone and press hard on the black screen, and it works again. However, I wouldn't mind a better solution ^^

I also have a problem with the GPS; the location is stuck in one place, and when I go to Location and then GPS Data, I have no connection, and I'm shown "GPS works poorly indoors and in enclosed spaces."
I don't know if it's related.
