Un spyware très résistant !

Bonjour,
J'espère que vous pourrez m'aider et je vous remercie d'avance !

Voilà le problème ! Ce midi un message windows me signal que mon par feu est désactivé, effectivement il a été désactivé je ne sais comment... Le temps de le réactiver que Avast me détecte un virus ! Il me dit que "sa mémoire de démarrage est infectée !" et il me conseil de redémarrer l'ordi puis d'effectuer un scan avant démarrage ... 2h après il me détecte moult virus qu'il éradique ... je regarde alors l'icone d'Avast en bas à droite et je me rends compte que le bouclier standard ne marche pas ! (Avast ne test aucun fichier ! même après plusieurs minutes !) les autres boucliers marchent ... trouvant ça bizarre je vais donc sur le net à la recherches d'infos ! Mais lorsque je tape mon problème sur google une page blanche s'affiche l'espace de 5 secondes puis les résultats google apparaissent... je clique alors sur le premier lien intéressant (un sujet du forum comment ça marche !) mais là je suis redirigé vers une page dangereuse (bloquée par Mac Afee site advisor !) bon bon ... j'ai trouvé la solution pour surfer sur le net, j'ouvre tout les liens de google dans un nouvel onglet (par pression sur la molette sous firefox) et alors la page s'affiche !

Après moult recherches sur le sujet je lance Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware et Spybot ! ... mais là encore un problème ! Ils ne se lancent tout simplement PAS ! ... quelque chose semble les bloquer !

Je télécharge alors Ad aware ... qui se lance mais qui après plusieurs minutes de scan ne trouve rien ! Windows Defender également ... Virtumondobegone de même ... J'ai nettoyer mes clées registres via Ccleaner et j'ai fait le nettoyage mais toujours le problème alors j'ai finalement opté pour vous poster mon log HiJackThis en espérant de tout coeur que vous pourriez m'aider !

Simant49 : évite de faire des UP et des messages inutiles (déja 9 posts !).

Tu va faire ceci :

Désactive le "tea timer" de Spybot S&D en t'aidant de ce tuto animé (merci Balltrap ;) ) :

( sur la 1er image , clique sur "tea timer" pour lancer l'animation ).

En effet , il risque de géner dans le bon déroulement des outils de désinfections et dans la répartion du registre ...

Tu le réactiveras une fois qu'on aura finit de désinfecter ( et pas avant ! ) .
/!\ Mais attention :
à ce moment là, le " TeaTimer " de Spybot proposera, par le biais de plusieurs pop-up, d'accepter ou non des modifications de registre ( survenuent lors de la désinfection )
-> il faudra alors les accepter toutes sans exeptions !

Puis part la suite , il faudra rester vigilant lorsque le "TeaTimer" donnera des alertes : accepter une modification uniquement si on en connait la provenance .

Ensuite :

Télécharges ComboFix à partir d'un de ces liens :

Et important, enregistre le sur le bureau.

Avant d'utiliser ComboFix :

? Déconnecte toi d'internet et referme les fenêtres de tous les programmes en cours.

? Désactive provisoirement et seulement le temps de l'utilisation de ComboFix,
la protection en temps réel de ton Antivirus et de tes Antispywares,
qui peuvent gêner fortement la procédure de recherche et de nettoyage de l'outil.

/!\Renomme combofix.exe en scan.exe/!\

Une fois fait, sur ton bureau double-clic sur Scan.exe.

- Répond oui au message d'avertissement, pour que le programme commence à procéder à l'analyse du pc.

/!\ Pendant la durée de cette étape, ne te sert pas du pc et n'ouvre aucun programmes.

- En fin de scan il est possible que ComboFix ait besoin de redémarrer le pc pour finaliser la désinfection\recherche, laisses-le faire.

- Un rapport s'ouvrira ensuite dans le bloc notes, ce fichier rapport Combofix.txt,.
est automatiquement sauvegardé et rangé à C:\Combofix.txt)

? Réactive la protection en temps réel de ton Antivirus et de tes Antispywares,
avant de te reconnecter à internet.

? Reviens sur le forum, et copie et colle la totalité du contenu de C:\Combofix.txt dans ton prochain message.

Hello ;

Tu es infecté par un Backdoor .

Télécharge SDFix (créé par AndyManchesta) et sauvegarde le sur ton Bureau.
http://downloads.andymanchesta.com/RemovalTools/SDFix.exe
Double clique sur SDFix.exe et choisis Install pour l'extraire dans un dossier dédié sur le Bureau. Redémarre ton ordinateur en mode sans échec en suivant la procédure que voici :
• Redémarre ton ordinateur
• Après avoir entendu l'ordinateur biper lors du démarrage, mais avant que l'icône Windows apparaisse, tapote la touche F8 (une pression par seconde).
• A la place du chargement normal de Windows, un menu avec différentes options devrait apparaître.
• Choisis la première option, pour exécuter Windows en mode sans échec, puis appuie sur "Entrée".
• Choisis ton compte.
Déroule la liste des instructions ci-dessous :
• Ouvre le dossier SDFix qui vient d'être créé dans le répertoire C:\ et double clique sur RunThis.bat pour lancer le scrïpt.
• Appuie sur Y pour commencer le processus de nettoyage.
• Il va supprimer les services et les entrées du Registre de certains trojans trouvés puis te demandera d'appuyer sur une touche pour redémarrer.
• Appuie sur une touche pour redémarrer le PC.
• Ton système sera plus long pour redémarrer qu'à l'accoutumée car l'outil va continuer à s'exécuter et supprimer des fichiers.
• Après le chargement du Bureau, l'outil terminera son travail et affichera Finished.
• Appuie sur une touche pour finir l'exécution du scrïpt et charger les icônes de ton Bureau.
• Les icônes du Bureau affichées, le rapport SDFix s'ouvrira à l'écran et s'enregistrera aussi dans le dossier SDFix sous le nom Report.txt.
• Enfin, copie/colle le contenu du fichier Report.txt dans ta prochaine réponse sur le forum

ReBonsoir ! Voilà j'ai tout effectué ... sachant que le résident de spybot marche et qu'il m'harcèle d'autorisation ou de refus de modification de clée registres à tour de bras ... j'ai uniquement accepté les modifications portant le nom de SDfix ... il aurait fallut tout accepter (quitte à courir un risque ?)

Après quelques essais la navigation "normale" sur firefox semble revenu ! (je touche du bois)
Le bouclier standard d'Avast scan des fichiers comme auparavant (il en est à 7)
Toujours impossible de lancer Spybot
Lors du lancement de Avast il me dit que la mémoire de démarrage est infectée (encore et toujours)

sinon je ne vois pas ! Dans l'attente de te prochaines informations je te remercie ! En espérant bien suivre les démarches à suivre !

PS: J'aurais du rien dire les redirections vers des sites non voulus refont surface :(

si ça peut aider j'ai remarqué que dans l'onglet processus (dans la fenêtre Ctrl Alt Suppr) mon IE (internet explorer) était tout le temps lancé ! (même si j'utilise firefox et que je n'ai pas lancé IE !) j'ai beau terminer le processus il revient systématiquement (aucune fenêtre internet ouverte)

Mhhhh ça devient très problématique ! A l'instant une info de IE m'informait que j'allais accéder à une page aux contenu confidentiel ... alors que mon IE n'était même pas lancé ... j'ai alors lancé IE ils m'ont demandés si je voulais restauré la session précédente ... j'ai eu le malheur de mettre oui ... j'ai eu le droit à 137 pages internet et un joli plantage du pécé ...

Ton/tes chers petits virus utilisent Iexplorer pour se lancer.
A défaut de les erradiquer, désactive tous les controles ActiveX de Iexplorer (dans l'onglet securité->personnaliser le niveau).
Ce sera toujours ça de fait.
Ou encore supprime Iexplorer, je crois qu'on peux le faire actuellement.
Desactive aussi le javascript sur IExplorer, puisque tu utilse Firefox

j'ai désactivé tout les contrôles active X ... je ne vois pas comment enlever IE et j'ai désactiver le javascript mais il y toujours ces foutus processus Iexplorer dans mon gestionnaire de tâches ! :(

J'ai simplement une question, est-ce que le fait de supprimer spybot règlera le problème de Tear Timer ... car vu que je ne peux pas accéder à spybot (rien ne se passe quand je le lance) je ne peux donc pas désactiver la fonction ! :(

Le problème semble réglé ! (je touche du bois!)
J'attends néanmoins ton avis professionnel Jfkpresident (ainsi que tes prochaines instructions)!

On a pas tout a fait fini mais il est vrai que le plus gros a été supprimé par Combofix .

Il va falloir analyser un ou des fichier(s) suspect(s) !

Il se peut qu'il se trouvent dans les " dossiers cachés " du systeme.
Il faut donc les rendre visibles pour le scan.

Pour afficher les dossiers et fichiers cachés:

Panneau de configuration > Options des dossiers > onglet Affichage.

Coche Afficher les fichiers et dossiers cachés,
Décoche Masquer les extensions de fichiers connus
Décoche Masquer les fichiers protégés du Système.
Un message de mise en garde va apparaitre. Clique sur OK pour confirmer ton choix.
Les fichiers et dossiers cachés du système apparaitront alors dans l'explorateur Windows en transparence.

Rends toi sur ce site :

https://www.virustotal.com/gui/

Clique sur parcourir et cherche ce fichier : c:\windows\system32\drivers\ncbvpesvmxe­cxvor.sys

Clique sur Send File.

Un rapport va s'élaborer ligne à ligne.

Attends la fin. Il doit comprendre la taille du fichier envoyé.

Sauvegarde le rapport avec le bloc-note.

Copie le dans ta réponse.

Ensuite je voudrais qu'on vérifie tout ça un peu plus profondément comme suit :

Télécharge ici :

http://images.malwareremoval.com/random/RSIT.exe

random's system information tool (RSIT) par random/random et sauvegarde-le sur le Bureau.

Double-clique sur RSIT.exe afin de lancer RSIT.

Lis le contenu de l'écran Disclaimer puis clique sur Continue (si tu acceptes les conditions).

Si l'outil HijackThis (version à jour) n'est pas présent ou non détecté sur l'ordinateur, RSIT le téléchargera (autorise l'accès dans ton pare-feu, si demandé) et tu devras accepter la licence.

Lorsque l'analyse sera terminée, deux fichiers texte s'ouvriront.

Poste le contenu de log.txt (<<qui sera affiché)
ainsi que de info.txt (<<qui sera réduit dans la Barre des Tâches).

NB : Les rapports sont sauvegardés dans le dossier C:\rsit

tient tient je n'arrive pas à éditer mon ancien post et qui plus est le message avec le fichier info.txt entier ne passe pas !

Fais un scan en ligne Kaspersky avec Internet Explorer.
- Clique sur Démarrer Online-Scanner

- Clique maintenant sur J'accepte.
- Valide l'installation d'un ou de plusieurs ActiveX si c'est nécessaire.
- Patiente pendant l'installation des Mises à jour.
- Choisis par la suite l'analyse du Poste de travail.
- Sauvegarde puis colle le rapport généré en fin d'analyse.

AIDE : Configurer le contrôle des ActiveX

NOTE : Si tu reçois le message "La licence de Kaspersky On-line Scanner est périmée", va dans Ajout/Suppression de programmes puis désinstalle On-Line Scanner, reconnecte toi sur le site de Kaspersky pour retenter le scan en ligne.
