Hello, I have a problem with my 2 PS3 controllers. They were working fine yesterday, but today they won't charge anymore. I plugged the USB cable into my PS3 as usual, but nothing happens; it's as if they're not connected. If they're on, they stay on, and if they're off, they stay off. So, here's how to resynchronize PS3 controllers that no longer want to connect via Bluetooth. - Turn on the PS3 - Connect the controller to be synchronized with a USB cable, and press the PS button once to turn it on - Then turn off the console with the controller by doing the following: long press on the PS button of the controller, then "Turn off the system." - When the console is off, press the PS button on the controller (still connected with the cable) once; this will turn on the PS3 and synchronize the controller. Once the system is on and the controller light is solid, unplug it, and voilà, it works again!!!!

Hi, I have the same problem. I bought 2 controllers and just received them 10 minutes ago. I connected them to the PS3, but one works and the other doesn’t. I tried with 2 different cables and tested it on both the PS3 and my PC, but the controller won’t turn on at all, whether pressing the button or using a wired connection. What should I do, reset it? Or dismantle it and see if the battery is there? x)
