Electronic cash register tx 500

Hello,

after a power outage, my cash register isn't working properly anymore
a partial reset doesn't change anything
it displays 4 for any key
anyway, I'm looking for tips to get it back in working order 
Configuration: Windows XP Internet Explorer 7.0

      When turned on, it displays "...", which lights up and then shows "0.0"
      It displays lines of 4 whenever one attempts to perform any operation
      I unplugged it, waited, and plugged it back in to get the same result
      I took the manual and tried a partial purge without any result
      In short, I'm stuck.

      It shows three flashing dots and then 0.0
      it makes lines of 4 every time I ask her anything, an amount, an article or something else
      anyway, it freezes.

    Ahh, I didn't understand that we were talking about a cash register =)
